I hired this ******* company last fall to put in a new pool liner. They installed the liner and all looked good. Was closed immediately as it was now fall and with very limited water.

The owner of the company Keith told me that in April 2022, just start filling the pool up with water as we only filled to a very low point at closing and that he would come in the spring and open the pool and ensure everything was good with the liner.

I did as Keith instructed and called him to book the pool opening. Well, no response, multiple calls, multiple emails and still no response. Then one day he responds and says that they are no longer doing pool openings which was a shock to me but what was I going to do.
Then I used another company to open the pool and low and behold the liner had come apart in the corner so was told not to continue filling and do not start the system.

I contacted Keith once again and told him about the issue which he should have taken seriously but did not, instead he was ******** dismissive and said it wasn't his problem and that the company who opened the pool should have fixed it. Well it is not that easy as it came out almost 2 inches in the corner and it was not their responsibility.
He refused to come and even look at the issue which I am sure most responsible companies would have taken the time to do.

I was on a waitlist for two companies to come and fix the issue as I had given up dealing with such an ************** company and owner. It has taken two weeks for me to get someone to come and fix it and now I have to pay an additional bill.

*************************************************************** *******. He is very nice and responsive until he is paid then he is definitely MIA and does not care about his clients.

Hi Anne, thank you for your review. While we appreciate your feedback, we would like to remind you, and have it be known, that despite our very busy spring season, we did tell you that we would be happy to open your pool at a cost. The opening was not included in the installation of your liner (you knew this). We, as a business, do not work for free. Those who you chose to hire to open your pool needed to take in all factors of opening a pool, and do a thorough job. We will not accept responsibility for their disregard. We then offered you a service call to fix the liner corner, but you didn't like that either. Again, we don't work for free. Your unkind and verbal attacks on us were not appreciated, either.

We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work hard towards customer satisfaction. We wish you all the best and hope you enjoy your pool this summer!

    Hello

I never expected the pool opening to be for free and that is basically a very minor part of my complaint. I never expect a company to do anything for free as everyone needs to make a living.

Once again, my complaint is that when I contacted you to advise of the defective work you ignored it and basically indicated that this is someone else's problem who was kind enough to come out and open the pool. As this liner was installed late fall, I do expect you to be responsible for the proper installation as the pool was not filled to capacity. The liner came out once the pool was almost full.

Also, your lack of communication and response was also unacceptable and had nothing to do with supply and demand. Just common business practice. Your last email indicated that if I expected a warranty I should have indicated and the cost would have reflected the warranty. What kind of business practice is this? **************.

Once again, I have never attacked you, just being a consumer and advising the truth of your business practice and what other customers should be aware of.

If you think my concerns are a one off, you are truly mistaken. *************************************************************** *************************************************************** ***********************************************
    *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *************************************************************** ***********************************************************

I have an additional bill from the company that was kind enough to come and fix the liner for $175.00 that I am now responsible for.
Also, would like to mention that the company you offered to fix the liner for an additional cost was approx 3.5 weeks after my initial contact and after the liner was repaired. Hence why I declined.

Once again, I am not sorry for all of the reviews that I have posted. I hope that any future client does his/her due diligence and see's exactly what type of company you are. ***************************
