    ***** **** ****** ** *** ***** * Worst Insurance Experience Ever My experiences with Gore Mutual this year—** **** my own policy *** ** *******have been nothing short of a nightmare. I have dealt with many companies, but this has been, by far, one of the most frustrating and stressful. 1. Unfair Practices and Lack of Transparency A single missed payment due to a banking error led to the abrupt cancellation of my policy. When I reached out to resolve this, I was met with a flat “no,” without any explanation or willingness to consider my situation. The lack of transparency in their decision-making process is unacceptable and leaves customers in the dark. 2. Poor Customer Service Throughout my interactions, their representatives were ****, dismissive, and unwilling to assist or clarify. Reasonable requests for dialogue or explanations were brushed aside, making me feel like my concerns didn’t matter at all. ** ******** *********** ** *********** *********** **** ******** ***** **** ****** ****** ***** ** ***** *********** **** ** ********* ****** **** ***** **** ***** their lack of service and inflexibility even harder to justify. In hindsight, it’s clear we should have shopped around before signing anything. * ******** **** ****** *********** **** ****** ** ******* ****** **** ***** **************** ****** **** **** ****** ******* **** ****** ******* ** * *** ***** *****  4. Financial and Emotional Hardship The abrupt cancellation of my policy caused immense stress and left me scrambling to secure new insurance at a significantly higher cost.     ******* ***********, don't care camper total write off may 16th now july 5th still no settlement. ***** ***** ** ** * **** ** ********* ** **** ******** **** *** **** ***  If they put as much effort into doing their job as they do in covering their ***** they may not have lost me as a customer

    ******** ******** ******** tried taking unauthorized payments 3 months after my cancellation. Tried to charge me NSF fee and threaten to take me to collections. Will not speak to you over the phone. Have to communicate through a broker. After one week of waiting on a broker. I get a phone call that there was an error and i owe zero dollars. No explanation and no apology. ******** ********

    After disclosing my ****, Gore failed to provide any consistency in quality customer service. They attempted to decline all reasonable requests for compensation, and after several attempts to speak with another representative due to disrespectful treatment, the Operations Manager advised that “it was not his job to work with me, or to make me trust him, simply to communicate my options.” Which were to settle, hire a lawyer or withdraw my claim. Guess it’s time for a lawyer!

    After 35 years of never filing a claim I filed for a small dent on my door. After a long lecture from the agent about what wasn't available to me in my policy I went ahead with a claim. After two weeks I heard nothing and took my own photos and submitted them. Again I heard nothing and went to the repair service who again took photos. He submitted them to the company and after another two weeks of emails and phone calls that were never returned I decided to cancel the claim. **** ******* ** * ****. I was completely ignored as a customer but they were happy to take my money, raise the rate and give me nothing for a covid rebate. You get what you pay for. With Gore Mutaul a lower rate equals ZERO service.
