For period of time I was not receiving a hydro/Water bill from Entegrus through the mail and attempted to register for e-billing will my account number and meter number from my last bill which were not being accepted. We were receiving mail from Entegrus but under a name of someone else which we cannot open so we wrote "does not live here" and sent it back through the mail. Later we received a Creditfax collections bill saying we owe $500+ by a certain date this was in January of 2024. We paid the amount owing on the creditfax bill to our Entegrus Account. and heard nothing after that. Now in April still no word I called Entegrus and they put me on hold for what felt like 10mins+ only for them to come back and say that our account had been closed and the credifax bill was the amount owing for August 2023 to January 2024 because someone else on our street had registered our address to their name. To add to this we received a mail from Entegrus containing back dated bills with our name on it and a different account number from the one we had previously. These were send out on the 21st of March 2024 and I had called them March 26th about the not receiving bills. Now Entegrus is wanting $1,461.** for the previous months we were not getting a bill with our name. We offered to pay half since we were using the service during that time and the s**** up happened on their end as they did not catch that there were 2 names already attached to this account We offered to pay them half of the above amount as we contacted a lawyer on line and this was their suggestion. They have stated that we are close to the disconnection window and to contact the St ****** social services about the LEAP program to help pay back only the hydro portion. The current documentation is all physical copies which I can upload upon request.Thank you,*************************

It has been a NIGHTMARE dealing with these guys since I opened an account with them over a year ago! But now, I have asked Entegrus four months in a row now to remove *** because I no longer consent to it. They continue to go into my bank account, despite a clearly revoked consent, to take money. I have a new bank account where all of my money is, and I can't close the one they keep going into because of the now negative balance as a DIRECT result of Entegrus going in to take money they have NO legal right to take in this manner without my consent. This month I, again, told them to take the *** off. They, again, refused. They also told me I have NO authorization on MY account, despite being the ONLY person on my account. And they told me SOMEONE ELSE was listed on MY account. Scream fraud louder, guys. I've also told them to close the account. They just completely ignored me. Now today I get a letter from them stating they've now put a 295$ charge on my account, because they were unsuccessful in stealing my money after they illegally went into my bank account on multiple occasions. And they said I have a to pay an additional 333$ ($100 more than the bill) immediately or they're disconnecting my power. They need to refund my NSFs from my bank after they ILLEGALLY went into my account on multiple occasions. And they need to close my account as I've already asked. The entire email correspondence has been sent to my lawyer already, and I'll be sending this letter as soon as I'm done this complaint.
