I had some work done by this company that was extremely substandard and they refused to fix it. As a result I had to hire another company to do the repair. I subsequently sued Ainger Group in small claims court and received judgement in my favor. After forwarding demand for payment they still refused to pay me what the court had ordered them to pay. I now will have to take this further *** **** *** ***** ******* ***** ********. ***** **** **** **** ******** They have to idea how to do soffit and fascia and don't stand by their work.

Had kept inviting himself over *** ************ ** ** ****** *** ** * ***** ****** ******* **** *** *** ***** * ******* ****** ********** ** **** **** *** ******* ****** *** ** When I reached out to the head sales representative, Ryan, he took over my account. However, SO MUCH information was not communicated properly, between the two sales representatives and who came to work on my house that a lot of work was missed (company back 3x for just the roof) 3) Insulation was not completed (did not do the areas in my basement I asked AND paid for). No insulation was left behind, even though I was told there were leftovers that I asked to be left. 4) I went through ********* as I was told there would be no fees or anything. When I got the paperwork, it said there was over $150 fees for processing, etc. I asked about this, got a written letter saying the company (that was confirmed with the owner) was going to cover costs of using *********, as I was not informaed of additional fees. This was not removed from my bill even though I had asked MULTIPLE times. 5) LASTLY, Ainger had recommended an Energy Audit company to use, ********* Energy. I had the initial and final audit done. I asked for paperwork and was told it would be filed for me and the rebate would come in a couple months. This was October 2023. I called multiple times and got no answer. Finally Greener Homes (government rebate) reached out saying the paperwork was started but not completed, and to see if I could contact ********* Energy. I then tried again, as I had been for months, and all phone numbers were disconnected. I contact the head sales representative at Ainger to see if they could do/communicate anything and my message went ignored. * **** ****** ** *** ********* **** ******** ** * ******** ***** *** **** * ***** ********

We have had the absolute best experience with Ainger Group. We needed a small repair to our fascia and from the time we contacted them til the job was done was only a matter of hours. Such exceptional service. Totally unbelievable. I received exceptional service from Ainger Roofing - ** ***** Street, Collingwood today. Angus stopped by to tend to drainage issues in our condo development. I asked if he was here to fix the drainage issue I had reported last year at my front steps. He said he was not aware of a work order but he would check. He contacted our property management company and then promptly fixed the problem. This was ‘above and beyond’ what he was contracted to do. Thanks Angus!

I had an excellent experience dealing with Ainger Group. They were hired to increase the attic insulation in my daughter’s home to R60 and to redirect an exhaust fan vent through the roof. Both jobs were done in a timely and professional manner and the work areas were left neat & tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for future work *** ***** ****** ********* **** ** ******
