I purchased : ******* SOLID WOOD TALL TV MEDIA STAND from Simpli-Home's eBay store on 23 May 2024. The item was delivered to me on 4 June 2024. I started to assemble the item on 6 June 2024, and discovered I am missing both LEFT DRAWER SIDE (QTY 2) marked ML. Please expedite shipment of the missing parts, as I now have the entire furniture kit spread around my living room floor and cannot complete the assembly until the missing drawer parts arrive. Simpli-Home responded with: Thank you for purchasing one of our Simpli-Home products. We are sorry to hear that you have to face issue with the purchase. To understand the issue in a better way, our team would require some more details. This will help us identify the root cause of the problem and provide an appropriate resolution in a timely manner. Once we get the below mentioned details, we will get back with the best possible solution. Item Number Copy of Purchase Invoice/Receipt Batch Code (available on the box) Warning Labels (available on product either behind or underneath) Once we receive the above information, we will reach out to you and will help ensure best in class customer service experience. Simpli Home Customer Service" I replied: sent them all requested information and copies of labels and invoice. Asked them to Please expedite the shipment of the missing parts I outlined in my 1st Request. Simpli-Home responded: "We try our best to have 100% of the replacement parts that are needed available to our customers, sometimes we mis-forecast and run out of stock. Unfortunately, this is one of those times. At present, we do not have stock of the part that you requested." So basically, they wiped their hands off the matter and failed to correct a problem created by their own packaging department. I got no promise of parts to remedy the problem, and no further communication from Simpli-Home. $468 wasted. *****Review from Tom T

I purchased a couch from SimpliHome in October 2023 with a special promotion where my positive review would result in a large rebate. I followed the procedure and the rebate was issued. The couch is fine. The problem is that a few weeks after the delivery I received a notice from ***** stating that I was responsible fo the shipping cost of the couch, over $500. I notified SimpliHome and after sending documentation they assured me that the problem was resolved. I kept recoding ***** invoices, and each time I contacted their customer service I was told not to worry. Fast forward some weeks ahead and I began receiving notices from a collection agency saying I was delinquent and that I owed over $3700.00! SimpliHome, after multiple messages, and attempts, reportedly escalated the problem and again apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that I had nothing to worry about. Last week, this is now June 2024, I received another invoice from *****. I have now asked SimpliHome to send me a check so o can pay ***** and the collection agency and they can go after the money and free me of the hassle and potential hit to my credit score. Note that the customer service team has been polite and professional, but the results unacceptable. Please let this be a cautionary tale.Review from michael S

I purchased a lovely side table that looks great, but the smell is unbearable. I have had it airing out outside for the past 4 days since I purchased, but the smell is not going away .I have contacted the company for advice. ** ******** ****** ** ** ****** the smell is so bad. ***** ***** WORST SERVICE EVER. **** ** * **** ******** ****** ** *** *** **** ****. I PURCHASED AN OTTOMON WHICH THEY DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND THEN THE REPLACEMENT NEVER GOT DELIVERED TOO. I HAD TO PUSH THEM FOR A REFUND AND THEY WERE NOT COOPERATING AT ALL. Sent me a moldy desk in December 2nd, and I've been getting the run around on a refund/return since the 3rd. Today is December 7th. I have been in contact with customer service, and all week they keep saying they are waiting from communication from another team.Review from Laura M

**** ******** ** *** ****** I spent over $500 on a sink for a new bathroom i had installed. The sink is defective. There is a hump at the drain requiring water to go uphill in order to get down the drain. There is always a half inch or more of standing water in the sink. The faucet is a piece of junk. It does not retract to original position when pulled out. It just dangles there. The company stated it did not have a replacement to send me so offered me $125 refund. I will have to pay a contractor again to uninstall the sink, buy a new one and pay to have the new one installed. This is not satisfactory. I have been requesting a full refund for over two weeks now. They are unable to agree to this. I should have checked the BBB site before i ordered from this ******* company.Review from Leisa H

I ordered a fabric covered ottoman/bench. The first one I received had no legs included and they refuse to replace them so I had to haul it to *** and return it in order for them to send another one. That one was packaged so poorly the legs were shaking all over and damaged the whole bench the fabric was ripped off of it. I filed a damaged goods item with the company and they replaced it with the same bench and it was received in the same condition. After that third batch I was done with this. I requested to return and receive a full refund. They provided a refund but I'm stuck taking two heavy large benches to the dump and paying that fee. * ***** ********* ********** ******** **** **** *******. It's very poor quality and packaging is not even completed before shipment.Review from Rick R

Ordered 2 different cabinets.Put first one together felt the quality was not that good but decided to keep it.Started on second cabinet and found the front piece of one draw had a large crack.Called customer service was told no part in stock and didn't know when they were getting it(sounds like other complaints).Was told to send picture of damaged part,warning label and batch number on box,sent them 2 times,they kept claiming they didn't receive them.Felt like I was getting the run around after they got there money.Told them I would never buy another thing from them and I was contacting bbb,fixed the part myself.Then they sent me a review email on,thought it was in my best interest to delete the request 12/29/22CCT Global Sourcing Inc Response

I ordered a cabinet SimpliHome.com on 10/23/21.It was delivered on 10/31. I received the product, but after 2 months the wood on one of the cabinets doors began to split. Eventually the wood on both doors split. The seller return window had expired.. The item was under a manufacturer warranty from SimpliHome for one year (clearly printed on the instruction brochure). Approximately February 11th, I contacted SimpliHome customer service and was instructed to submit a replacement parts request for the doors. In all I had contact with at least 7 representatives from customer service including email and several phone calls. I eventually received an email response in regards to the replacement doors request. They claimed the the piece was out of stock, and said that I could receive a discount in place of the replacement parts to use toward purchasing another SimpliHome product. On March 14, 2022, I replied that this was an unsatisfactory resolution. However, I have received neither a call nor email getting back to me about my parts request. ***************************************************************
