I am on the Nation Do Not Contact list and still get MULTIPLE calls a day from them. I block the number, and they end up calling back with a different number. I took out this policy and before the end of that night I called Stephanie ****** back and told her to put it through because I found out my father had a policy on me and she ran the payment through and now won't answer my calls .Insurance Supermarket Inc Response

I have a policy for approximately 1-1/2 years with EMC/Insurance Supermarket and the representatives I have spoken with have been very professional. My policy and coverage is very reasonable. My only complaint would be that as of Nov 2023 it has become difficult to speak with an agent so I can make my monthly payment.Insurance Supermarket Inc Response

Got a policy on 9 12 2023 , then got mail from policy already had , have canceled this policy before the time It was to late . Still waiting for my refund . Never do this again , start a policy by voice but can't cancel by getting a letter to sign , REALLYInsurance Supermarket Inc Response

I get at least 10 calls a day on landline or cell phone about final expenses insurance from this business. Both are on the Do Not Call registry. It doesn't matter if you ask to be removed from their lists. Seniors are targeted BECAUSE they are hoping for someone stupid enough to fall for flattery and malarkey. I will never do business with any company that has so little regard for my personal wishes and the LAST thing I will ever do is give any personal info to some random stranger on the phoneInsurance Supermarket Inc Response

For a year ISI has been making unsolicited phone calls to my government work cell phone which is on the USA and Colorado Do Not Call List. This is in spite of me contacting ISI and requesting that they not tie up my work phone. ISI stated that they would not call my number again. Yet I just got another call from them. They refuse to delete my contact info. They employ overseas marketing firms which employ call centers to utilize robocall technology to connect with a live rep who tries to connect you with real companies to sell insurance and Medicare supplemental plans. ********** **** *** ***********Insurance Supermarket Inc Response

Nothing but ******* cold calling and violation of the Do Not Call list. Insurance Supermarket is having call centers in India spoof phone numbers and call several times a day. ** *** ****** **** **** ********** After calling too many times to count and after being transferred f to countless "agents" and many questions I was given quote. Upon hearing it I said I could not afford it. Yet somehow money has been taken by this co. for last few months. Trying to speak with anyone regarding this is impossible. I have been told they would call me back after they looked into it they did not. I have been yelled at cursed at and generally treated like an idiot. Hung up on many times and told they had no fraud dept or HR dept nor a complaint dept. I never got a policy although they claimed to have maIled IT TO ME BUT HAD WRONG ADDRESS. one would think if it came back to them they would have followed up. they did not. I asked for the recording of me agreeing to policy and payment and have gotten nothing *** **** ** ******. The recording would clear up all issues but they refuse.
