    I placed an online order for pick up in store on 11/28/2023. It gave me an error and logged me out of the website so I logged back in again and placed my order. Later I got two confirmation emails. The same order went through twice. I called the store multiple times and no answer. I picked up only one order I called ************** on 11/28/2023 and given a ticket # ****** and told me they couldn’t give me a time line for a refund. Called again on 12/04/2023 at 11:50 am and was told again it was escalated. Called again on 12/11/2023 at 3:21 pm the agent now tells me a refund should only take 3-5 business days. It’s now 2 weeks and no refund and again told it’s been escalated.

    date of transaction: April 17, 2023 Amount of money paid ot business: $11.29 What business committed to provide me: My online food order. What the nature of the dispute is: I did not receive my order. Restaurant location claimed they didn't receive my online order. When at restaurant in question and speaking with manager, she told me that location didn't accept orders via that method. No details listed on online order detail her position. I can provide screen shot of online order. Customer service promised refund within five business days. I have yet to receive my refund. Called customer service and was told because it was an online order I had to take it up with head office..     Back in Oct 22, 2022, I visited Montreal and placed an on line order at ****** for food pick up at nearby KFC restaurant located at **** **** ** ***** ****** ***** *******, Quebec.     ordered from Taco Bell on Jan 7th well on the way to my appointment at **** *** ********* * ** *** **** ******* ** *** ** **** *** ******** The Taco Bell I ordered from was at *** *********** **** Scarborough, ** ** **** ****** in the total amount of $41.70 and pickup was between 1:21-1:26 pm but my appointment was across town at 2pm I realized right away I wouldn't make it to my appointment and called taco bells right away- for a month now I have got the run around from the first call they refuse to give my money back *** **** ******** ** ******* I called right away to cancel the store told me to call another number I did they wouldnt help kept passing me around.. it's a month later and STILL no refund back on my card.. I have provided ALL I have provided you showing the money wasn't returned it was posted as it went through the order number and explanation.
