    ** ** ********** ** ***** ** **** ******* *** ***** * *** *** ****** ****** ****** ********* **** **** **** ********* ************ We called Dingwall on February 21 to ask if they had figured anything out yet and they replied with “we are just trying to see what to replace” which I don’t think should take a week. We have 2300 km left of warranty *** * **** **** ******* ******* ** **** ** ******* *** ** ******** ** **** ***** **** ** ***** ** ********   ******   For the last year, we have been having the same problem with our truck having a message pop up saying “Drive Control Fault- Service Required”. We live an hour away from our nearest dealership and have travelled to it 9 times now total for this same problem which comes to 1800km put on the truck just for servicing. It was “fixed” finally in July when they were able to finally close the work order. The message popped up again in January so we are currently waiting for them to figure out what it will take to “fix it” again. We have been told that this is only the second truck on record to be having this problem. When asked how we could be compensated for the mileage and fuel put into just travelling for this problem, we were offered an oil change. ***** **** ******* *** *** **** ********* * ***** **** ** *** *** **** **** ** ************ *****. That’s 9 days of work we’ve had to book off, and 1800 km we’ve had to drive. Also, since our warranty is up at 60,000km, I would like to have something in writing that if this problem persists after our warranty is up, it will be covered not out of our pocket. I had brought that up to the service manager at the dealership and he said they would keep the work order open for a few weeks afterwards to make sure that it’s fixed and then they’d close it; but seeing as how it was 6 months between the problems this time, that’s not good enough. I look forward to hearing back. ******* *** *******
