    The situation concerns my all-season tires ******** ***** ** runflat. I purchased a 2018 **** at *** **** ****** in October 2021. In the summer of 2022, I noticed upon returning from a service appointment at *** in July a bubble on one of the front wheels. I contacted the service agent a few times but never got a callback. The tires are not part of the *** warranty so nothing can be done on this end. I paid 915$ to replace both front tires (I was told these ******** tires are no good at more than one tire store, I was recommended a different brand). This past fall, I saw a bubble again this time in one of the back tires. I have been repeatedly calling ******** customer service to have my tires replaced and receive compensation for the 2 that I had to purchase. I was given a variety of excuses; it is ***** responsibility not ********. The ******** customer service agents made numerous promises of callbacks that never happened, one of the last agents that I spoke with said a follow-up would be done and a satisfactory resolution would be found, but to date nothing has been done. For the back tire with the bumble I was referred to a 'tire inspection" location so that they could verify the bumble but when I called this inspection location in Montreal, they said this is not a service they offer and again told me these specific ******** tires are not very good quality. I called ******** again and this time they sent me to ***** in Lachine QC for an inspection. I left my tire there in December 2022. The employee (****) at ***** said he completed the report ******** requested. I called him a couple of times since no one was calling me back from ********. He said he has called his ******** representative over 10 times and no calls have been returned. I took this tire back in January from ***** out of concern the tire with the rim would disappear. A couple of weeks ago, the ***** employee gave me the ******** representative contact number so that I can call directly because he said nothing more he can do since the report was done and his calls are not being returned. I called ***** ***** at ********, explained everything, he told me to contact ***, I told him *** said they cannot do anything. He said he had no information, no calls from ***** but said he would contact ******** customer service and get back to me even though he does not handle customer service issues. ***** on their end said ******** does indeed have the information and even went to take photos of the defective tire. This person has not replied to my last email sent in March 2023. ********* at ******** which I had spoken to several months ago called me back and said she has no information about this tire, nor on my file#. As well, the last time she spoke with ***** ***** was in December 2022. She never heard from either him nor ***** up to this point. She told me to go back to ***** with the tire again. I returned to ***** on March 21, 2023 with the tire (on my rim) . **** at ***** spoke with agent ****** from ********, apparently provided details on the defective tire. March 28, 2023 ********* from ******** claims ***** is not providing the details requested. It is alot of back and forth, ******** ***** March 28, 2023
