            We took a taxi from City Taxi which we booked in advance of new years to drop us at 3 different locations, one at Yonge and Steeles in North York and two others close to each other in Etobicoke. The Taxi was supposed to come at 2am on New Years, January 1st, 2024 to pick us up from ****** *. The driver instead called us at 1:33am to let us know he was here, which cut our outing which we had paid for short. Then he said he is not at ****** * and cus of traffic is on the east side of Spadina, so in the cold weather and snow and with our heels we had to walk for 10 to 15 minutes to get to him, which was not a great experience. Lastly, he was supposed to use a fixed rate that we had agreed to, which he did not and charged us $107 for first location to North York and with tip came to $123 which is a ridiculous amount to charge anyone. If we had know this would be our taxi experience, we would have walked and ****** instead or took the subway. We would love return of this payment as it was not a great experience. Thank you
