RJ Masonry completed some parging work for me in June 2023 and I paid $800.00. The job was to remove the brick area, which was breaking up and to cover it over with parging. In the fall of 2023 the bricks began bleeding through the parging and I started calling RJ Masonry to explain the problem as I wanted him to come back and fix it. The area is now at the stage where there are several areas showing through and it appears as if it was never properly covered and is it very obvious this job was not done correctly. I know he did a similar job for my neighbor and there was no problem with that work. I started calling the company again in the Spring 2024, with no response. I have called RJ Masonry at least 15 times and left messages with no answer from them. I do not have an e-mail address so have not contacted the company that way. I am frustrated with the company and am hoping he will come back and fix the problem.

This definitely should not have happened and we are prepared to resolve this issue for you as sometimes issues do occur but we always ensure they are resolved in a timely fashion.Can you please provide your phone number or send us an email at **************************** and we will arrange a time to inspect the issue and resolve it. The gentlemen from RJ Masonry did some repair work around my garage yesterday and I am beyond thrilled with everything. **** is a confident and kind man. He saw that my foundation had issues and he offered a solution that I could afford. ******* and **** were very professional and did an awesome job. They cleaned the area they worked on when they were done. These men know their stuff. If you have ANY masonry needs contact RJ Masonry. You will not be disappointed. The estimate provided was accurate and all promises were kept. The team arrived and did a professional job at a great price. Very impressed indeed. I will be recommending this company to family and friends. Thank you for a positive experience.
