This paving and interlock company did work for us last June 2022, new driveway and interlock down sides of driveway and in front of the front steps to the door. I was not there when the job was completed, I came home and immediately called them to come out bc of the unsatisfactory job, the father of the company came out spoke to my mother (who doesn’t know about interlock) and he told her it’s fine, and ever since then I’ve been trying to get them to come out and fix the job and it’s only gotten worse now and it’s causing safety concerns for my mother now. I have all txt messages about contacting them and asking them to come out and pleading with them to come back and fix the job. (Pictures avaliable of all txt messages back and fourth) They didn’t dig deep enough They didn’t use enough crush stone under bricks supposed to be 16 inch and they only put maybe 10 inches (pictures to support) They used 60mm not 80mm bricks for the driveway since it will be driven on, it’s not decorative stone. All the stones are uneven (pictures to support) All the polymer sand is gone between stones Stones are shifting and lifting and all together moved away. (Lots of pictures)

I have a contract dated Oct 28/2021 my asphalt driveway was replaced. It has cracks in the driveway in several places and is quite soft. I sent a text message to **** (owner) on July 30. I didn't get a response, so I called on Aug 3 and spoke with **** and he indicated to me that he would either come out or send a worker the following week. Nobody came. I text messaged him again on Aug 12, never got a reply. I msgd him again on Aug 23 and again let him know the issue, he replied with "there are cracks" my reply was: “ Yes, it's cracking and soft and I do not believe the aggregate is right.” | never got a reply after that. I msgd him again on Sept 6, he replied stating he was sick and couldnt be around anyone til he is better. I have not heard from him. I msgd him again on Sept 22 and still have not heard anything. I would like my $8000 driveway, which is 7 mths old, to be redone. They have a 3 yr warranty.
