Every excuse was used by the repairman (they sent the wrong part, didn’t have the right tools, etc., etc.) and I STILL don’t have a working fridge! Water ices up in the bottom of the fridge then leaks out onto the floor. ****** *** **** ** *** **** *** **** ************

    * **** **** **** * **** ******* ***** *** ******* ****** **** ******* ** * ****. The "serviceman" didn't touch my freezer, just lectured me on having to defrost it. I pointed out that the top element had absolutely no frost and he claimed that it was because it was frozen lower. I defrosted the freezer as he asked, called repeatedly for him to come back and check it again with no response. When I contacted *****, they told me that they got the report that my freezer was working fine. ** *** **** ** *** ******* * ***** **** **** ** ********** * ***** *** **** **** **** **** ******** * *** ******* ******* ******** **** ***** **** *** ********** *** *** ******* ******** *** *********** **** *** ******* ** *********

    If you had come back, why then would I have contacted another company, at ******* request, to check the freezer? And why then would they have found a problem? All my facts are correct. I now have the replacement freezer, and that is working fine.

    ******** ******* *** I learned they **** to Frigidaire and told them they repaired my fridge when they did not. They were engaged to replace the ice maker on a brand new fridge and the tech couldn't figure out how to remove the old ice maker. He called Frigidaire who explained how to remove it and he still couldn't figure it out. I then find out they told Frigidaire they did replace it and it tested ok when they never did. ******** ********

    I was in the service industry for 40 years (HVAC) never have i seen such poor service. Never again will I buy a major appliance from **** *****. They sent Lino from Wellington Appliance to fix it. First trip he had the right board but said it was the wrong one, second trip wrong board, third trip installed the board and wanted to leave before my oven came up to temp. I asked him to wait but he said no, if it doesn't work call again. Just like the rest of the people here say they won't return your calls. Then ********** tried to tell me it was out of warranty, when I proved them wrong they told me if they sent another service company I might have to pay because Wellington Appliances **** ** **** *** said the oven was repaired.

    The oven is working to the Manufacturers specifications and the Tech called the Manufacturer while at the house and they confirmed it. Sorry we can't change the design of the Appliance. We are sorry that you are not satisfied with our service

    This company is terrible, to a legendary degree. Lino arrived at our house with apparently no idea what he was supposed to do. He was ill-equipped and asked us if we had tools that he could borrow to complete the job. The entire time he *** **** *** made us extremely uncomfortable, swearing and not taking any effort to be careful in our kitchen. He bristled when we suggested he put the metal stove door on a blanket after it had clearly marked our marble counter and continued to make comments like "are you just going to stand there or are you going to help me" while promptly handing us tools. As he did not have the correct equipment, he was unable to actually make the repair, and proceeded to actually further damage our $15,000 stove in the process (scratching it, denting the door and stripping the screws). The entire process took 2 hours out of my day and I've never been made to feel so uncomfortable in my own home. When we complained, the company owner stated that Lino's interpersonal skills may not be the best, but he was a good repairman. To be honest, we wouldn't have cared less had he actually completed the repair *** *** * ****** ***** but he clearly should not have been dispatched to deal with this repair as he was entirely unequipped, unaware and unsavoury. After multiple interactions with the company owner who promised a resolve to the situation, followed by a period of complete silence, we ended up going back to ** *********, who sold us the range in the first place. They were able to contact the stove company who thankfully has since dispatched a different company that was so much more competent and professional to complete the repair. All in all, it took a year and a half to get this situation resolved, and was only a result of our persistence and not due to any help from Wellington Appliance.
