    I booked a post restoration clean with anyclean.ca. I paid $1352.89 for this service and have a receipt dated Dec 16, 2024. Invoice number INV-******. I paid for the following services Post Renovation Cleaning $1,153.00 Option: 3x Bedrooms - $165.00 Option: 3x Bathroom or Toilet - $165.00 Option: 1x Kitchen - $60.00 Option: 1x Living or Reception room - $60.00 Option: 1x Dining Room - $55.00 Option: 1x Laundry Room - $45.00 Option: 3x Other - $135.00 Option: 1x Single Oven - $40.00 Option: 1x Fridge - $40.00 Option: 1x Dish washer - $40.00 Option: 1x Washing Machine - $35.00 Option: 1x Tumble Dryer - $35.00 Option: 1x Other - $40.00 Option: 1x Professional Carpet Cleaning - $40.00 Option: 1x Professional Rug Cleaning - $25.00 Option: 1x 3 Seater Sofa Cleaning - $40.00 Option: 1x Internally - $6.00 Option: 1x TV Stand - $5.00 Option: 10x Blinds - $60.00 Option: 1x Other Furniture - $7.00 After the crew of cleaners left I noticed that my caret had blueish marks throughout and that window sills and various other tasks I requested and paid for had not been completed. When I contacted the company I was told that they had no record of me, I then provided the Receipt I had received and was told “they need to look into it” as it appears their system deleted me. I’m not happy as now my carpet is ruined and I had to pay another cleaner to come complete the cleaning job.

    Kindly note as ***** ** *** ********** ***** the job was booked to the 17th of Dec, 2024 regarding the customers claim about the system deleting the details of the booking there's no such thing and it may have been miscommunication all the job details as the attachment above is available and clear.

    Regarding the customers claim that she found out the carpet was damaged after the clean the customer may have missed that this was informed to us about that claim more than a month later with no time stamped pictures of the carpet before the cleaner nor after with such a vague claim we can't take any steps especially with us being informed of the issue as mentioned more than a month after the job was completed.

    We always inform our teams that the client should check all areas before leaving the premises to avoid any issues and this customer did check everything before the team left and informed them all was good which is expected as we sent one of our most qualified teams to the job.

    As mentioned before we would love to assist the client as customer satisfaction is our utmost priority however, with no evidence regarding the claim and us not being informed of the issues until more than a month later it's not possible to help.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I said I could provide photos, however due to the devices I use they are not time stamped. I also was told that I would hear back in regards to the complaint made with some sort of resolution and or redo of the carpet cleaning service. I did not hear back at all.

    Please note with no time stamped pictures and the long time( 1 month+) it took the customer to bring this to our attention there's no proof the team did any damage, it may have been simply a stain that was already there.

    I hired the company AnyClean based on their website *** ***** ****** ** ** ********* **** **** ************ **********. I hired them for a move out clean of a 2 bedroom apartment ** *** **** on September 21, 2024. Two cleaners arrived and spent less than 2 hours working unsupervised. When they said they were complete, I trusted them ** ** *** * ************ ********  However upon seeing the apartment a few days later on September 24, during my move out inspection with the land lord, the apartment was not properly cleaned. It appears as though they vacuumed the carpet and wiped a few things off. Majority of the apartment was not touched. *** ****** ******* ****** *** ***** ** *********** *** ******** However the move out day was my last day with access to the unit. The rental company agreed to send me their cleaning report via email so I could share it with the cleaning company. I reached out to the cleaning company with my complaint. They did offer to re-clean, however I explained that was not an option as I no longer had access to the unit. They are refusing to rectify the situation, I paid $370.30 upfront, which they charged to my credit card prior to performing services.

    First of all we're sincerely sorry about the delay in response.

    Kindly note this complaint was filed 4 days after the cleaning job was completed and we responded promptly to the customer concern, ** *** *** *** ** *** ******** ******* our terms & condition states clearly that we don't have a refund policy however, we're always ready to offer a re-clean as this is our guarantee, the customer did not give us a chance to rectify the minor missed areas as stated that they moved out which is not an issue as we could've spoken to the property manager and arranged a visit to fix any areas but unfortunately the customer insisted on a refund in which it was shared with the customer along the booking confirmation and on our website the terms & conditions that are clear, we tried our best to respond to the customer needs and even our cleaning team supervisor tried contacting her, please note that our teams always check with all of our customer before leaving any property to check the cleaning standards and if there are any issues they would be fix on the spot, which in this case the team were informed that everything was good by the person who was there with them so they left.

    We apologized to the customer multiple times and us and the cleaning team tried everything to help, however, there was no cooperation from the customer in hopes to resolve this issues
