I have the letter I wrote the college that I would like to send to a case worker as it give dates and fees, contract and details. My son failed a math class he should not have been put into, the school has requested the educational psycho assessments to help them, as will any university or college he choses to go to, I do not have the report they need .. that I paid over 2K for and they never returned my son's report cards, nor my multiple calls and emails. I did get a call to go get the docs but since I could not make it there during work hours I was told they would be in the mail that week ... they never arrived, I let them know and they did not return my calls, or emails. I have been kind, patient and polite during this two year fiasco. Now I have realized if my son goes to university or college, the educational assessment will be required for accommodations; I should not have to pay another psychologist another 2K+ for these assessments. I have lost faith in this provider. I would like my sons' report cards back and for another psychologist to do another assessment that will provide us with the required documents for educational accommodations. *** ****** ******* **** **** ******** *** * ******* *** ********** ******* *** **** ** * *** *** **** **** *** * ** *** *** **** ****** **** *** ******** ** *** **** ** *** ********** *** *******  I would like to prevent other parents from loosing a lot of money on this contract health service that is not honored by the practitioner and not enforced by the regulating college. ** **** **** **** ** ** ******* *** ** * ******** ** ** ** ***** ****** ***** ***** * ***** ****** *** *** ****** ******** ******** ** ** **** ** ****** ********** *** ********
