The manager charged me $320.73 for apparently the previous week rental but I had been paying daily for the room and he took my money under false pretenses and proceeded to kick me out the following day. I have not been the first vulnerable person this GM has taken money from but I will be his last. Multiple homeless people in the Kingston area have had similar incidences with this man. One elderly woman paid her monthly rental of $1400 and this man threw her out on the street where less than two months she died. He lied and originally said he did a pre authorized debit of $420 but he didn't he charged me 320.73 and then charged me $80.32 told me the refund would go back on my card. I waited and no refund then he proceeded to say he does 'ot owe me anything. My sister n law sent me money for the room so at $50 a day. I have bank and receipts showing I paid $50 daily so how he figured I owe him for a previous week he is delusional. He needs to be stopped from stealing from people on fixed income like OAS & ODSP, WELFARE. He is descriminating and categorizing people like we do not count. I have rights like everyone else. He took my money lied about it and refuses to refund his mistake. This man needs to not work with the general public anymore. Please help me and get my money back and get this man fired.
