No notice before entering unit. Eventually attended to plaster, paint repairs and left the dirt, dust and gabage on the floor. Poor response to messages, didn't return phone calls or emails. Took out last month's rent while also receiving new tenant first and last month's rent. Didn't return rent withdrawal in error. Ignored requests to put up outside safety lighting. Didn't replace screens in windows. Only interested in collecting rent, no customer service what so ever. Unit on ****** *************'t met a satisfied tenant yet, don't say you were not forewarned.

We have lived at the Riverstone since 2018! We are in our second unit and have been here since Feb 2020. In September 2020, we started smelling sewage from our guest bath and they have not resolved the issue. Since then the following has been ignored. Ceiling needs to be re-drywalled because of a leak (second time in as many years) hardwood floors are warped and mouldy (there was an order from the city but when we went to LTB somehow the same property standards guy gave patry a letter saying no issues found) there are now cockroaches found this weekend. Someone needs to stop these slumlords.

Horrible customer service. Refuses to fix things around the unit, and the only way that do is if you bother their phone line for 48 hours straight. ****** is the worst, most disrespectful person you will ever encounter. Enters the unit without notification and randomly accidentally withdraws 2x the lease amount.

Worst company to rent from. They do not fix anything. No security at all. We're lucky if we get our building cleaned. ***************************** should step up and be a real landlord !!!

I would not recommend, very unprofessional never return calls or emails. Try to over charge their tenants & sends letter of unpaid rent / utilities because of lack of proper documentation on their part . Don't do work orders , super tenant are lazy and the units are not cleaned when moving in & regularly cleaning in buildings isnt a thing.

I would give this company less than zero if I could. I just confirmed with the landlord tenant board that they have been claiming illegal rent increases and never filing paperwork with the tenants. It would seem both companies, Kenlar and Patry **** Deserve to face criminal charges

I moved in on December 2021 and thought that the unit in *************************** is cleaned and ready to move in, when I went in, there were yellow spots on the toilet and had never been cleaned. After having the first complain, the company sent couple of cleaners to vacuum the carpets and clean the toilet. From first day and for about 4 months people downstairs and upstairs were extremely noisy and they did not want to sleep up to almost 3 in the morning. When the weather started to get warmer, the carpets in the unit and in the corridors started to smell awful and the smell travels inside the units. The neighbors upstairs continued to wake me up when walking in their units everyday and could not sleep. Decided to give a notice of vacancy and got rejected by the managers and was told that I must stay until my lease is finished. The management wants money only and when it comes to freedom and comfort, they just ignore the rules of tenancy. The rent is way too expensive and nothing is ***luded. They deal with very bad companies for utilities and those companies are charging double what it should be charged. In general it was the biggest mistake to trust Patry *** and to move in. What we work we have to pay to Patry **** This place pushes tenants to sign up with an electric company, which has the worst reputation in ****** and ***. I consider myself as an hostage in this building and they just do not want to terminate my lease even when they know staying here will effect my health, which already has.
