Personally, I would never use or consider this company. One star because zero was not possible. We purchased a house that this company had put a metal roof on in 2018. We had snow slides our first winter and contacted to discuss. No return phone call after several voice mails left and text message sent. I contacted a real professional metal roofer. Comments were:1. He put metal of ashphalt - the ashphalt will just melt 2. He did not put snow stops on and now we can't put the nice looking ones as they have to go on with the shingles.3. ***** ends were not installed securely and broke off when snow slid.4. There were no flashings put on where the roof met the brick. This is a company pretending to be a roofer and the previous owner spent several, several thousands of dollars for this roof - way more than $30,000 - only to be damaged because of not doing the job right.Do not use this company.

We have no business or contract with this customer as he clearly states in review work was done for the previous owner. The job was done completely as per request he was totally satisfied it was his wishes not to put any snow guard on as he did not like the look of it and did want the additional cost of it. This roof was completely stripped down and no metal was installed over asphalt. If anything was knocked off by ice this can be prevented from snow guards which are a personal choice that was not chosen by the customer. Furthermore all snow guards are installed after completion of roof and be installed at any time not compromising any of the roof. Our contract was with the previous owner and we have no dealings with this person.

I would personally not use this company. Even if the previous owner was satisfied, we were looking for a quote to fix this issues. But you opted not to return our calls - I say again calls. We have a picture of the shingles under the metal and if they knew roofing they would know a flashing needs to be installed where the gables meet brick. That is ok, we will have a real professional metal roofer repair your errors. The point being - did not return calls as they knew what was done incorrectly Do not use this company.

I would give him no stars if I could. Do not do business with this company or **** **********. **** ***** *** we gave him a $12,000 deposit in September of 2019 to install a roof and siding, which he promised he would do before the first snowfall in 2019. He never showed up. After numerous phone calls and emails, he finally dropped off a some roofing material ($3,300 worth according to his supplier) with a promise to return 2 days later. We never heard from him again despite follow up enquiries. We are suing him and his company in small claims court.

This was a supply chain issue, I could not install without any product. It arrived during the winter and customer was told would be done in the spring, they requested material delivered which was done in horrible conditions. Then covid hit and roofing was deemed non essential. Tried to contact customer after with no response. Not sure where the figures are coming from for a complete steel roof materials to total $3300.00 that is absurd. This is being settled in court.
