    We ordered $22k worth of cabinets from Aya Kitchen & Bath in Sept 2021. When we finally received the cabinets in Feb 2022, we were disappointed by this company's unprofessionalism and did not end up receiving the product that we paid for. When the installers arrived, they were **** *** ************** coming and going as they pleased. On one occasion, they arrived at noon on a Saturday and did not leave until 7PM. To make matters worse, they left piles of garbage in our garage when they left the job (unfinished). We had to remove the garbage ourselves in order to regain access to our garage. After they were installed, we noticed that the cabinets were chipped, misaligned, covered in glue, and obviously very cheap. They were also left dirty with wrappers and packaging still in the drawers. There were also design decisions made that we did not approve. This is not what I would expect from a local handyman, much less a company that specializes in cabinets. The most challenging part for us, however, is that the cabinets arrived incomplete. We are missing a number of doors/cabinet fronts and have no idea when we can expect them. We have not received any communication from the company as to the ETA on the remaining parts despite our contractor has reaching out repeatedly to the local store manager, to no avail. I have personally reached out to Dave M., the president of Aya, and still do not have any information as to when we will receive the product we paid for. The lack of communication from Aya is indicative of how little they value their customers. The cabinet installation has turned this into a nightmare remodel for us. After spending over $100k on our total remodel, we do not have use of our space two months after our contractors left. We have been patient, understanding the impacts of COVID, however we cannot excuse the ***************** **** *******, the lack of Aya's common decency and respect for their customers.

    With reference to the BBB complaint above, we have been in touch directly with the customer and will be completing work to address his concerns. As part will need to be manufactured, this service is expected to be completed around July timeframe.
