    On November 27 2023 I sent this business a $30 deposit to confirm a tooth gem installation appointment scheduled for December 10. I didn't hear from her with any details after that so I messaged her the day before to confirm and she told me she got into a car accident and she would have to cancel. I gave her my well wishes and she said I would be able to reschedule the appointment soon, not only has that not happened, but she has gone completely ghost for over a month now. I spoke with my friend who had an appointment 3 days before mine and this business told her she had to reschedule because her dad got into a car accident. She also has not heard from her since.     So I booked an appointment with @mobgemz & I had previously booked with her the past. The previous appointment went great was very happy and satisfied. So I had wanted to book another appointment for a service. Well I had already paid for the services in full for an appointment in August. She had cancelled due to a family emergency which I totally get. Well I've been wanting to rebook the appointment, for the past two months now and we had discussed a few dates but didn't work for either me or her. Fast forward to now, I have not had the appointment, which I paid in full, and now she has fully ghosted me with no contact at all. Just want my money back at this point.

    May 1st 2023 Etransfer of $92.58 was transferred to ***** (Mobgemz) in exchange for purchasing product. I paid extra for expedited shipping Kitchener to Toronto. Within a week I followed up as nothing had been sent. No proof of tracking ID (which ****** **** always will supply) no receipt of a package sent, no picture of a package to be sent or the items. May 14th I was told to contact their "associate" by email to rectify the situation. They told me within 24hrs I would get an email about the tracking info. In the two weeks as well, I was also told many **** that they had tried to deliver, but upon talking to reception and ****** ****, no package was attempted. Nothing came from emailing them. * ***** * ****** ****** *** ** **** ***** *** ********* **** **** ** ****** ** *** **** ***** ***** *** ***** **** * ******* **** **** **** ***** ****** * ***** *** ***** ***** not received the money or items. Owner ***** has ignored me, given me false information and has not refunded me or even tried to resend my purchased items. ****** ***** ***** *************
