    Friday sept 1, 2023 I brought my 2017 Explorer into Mr. Lube for an oil change and asked if they could fix my driver side headlight which was out.I was told they could and it was part of their inspection.I paid for an oil change, two filters to be replaced and the front driver headlight bulb. I was left believing my headlight was fixed.Wednesday sept 6 I realized the front driver headlight was still out.I returned to Me. Lube Friday sept 8 to have the head light looked at. I was then told they had replaced my high beam bulb, but couldnt fix the halogen headlight. I had three issues with this. #1 I was lead to believe the headlight had been fixed in its entirely, and left with the headlight still not working. #2 Four employees who worked on my car Sept 1 never told me that they could only fix the high beam, and that Id need to go to a dealership to have the halogen/regular headlight fixed. #3 Did the high beam bulb even need to be replaced, even though they changed it.Skylar at Mr. Lube stated his manager ************************* would review the tape to see if the high beam in fact needed replacing on Sept1 and ****** would call me back.I never heard anything from Mr. Lube and called Sept 18 to follow up. I spoke with manager ******, and arranged to bring my Explorer in the next morning.Sept 19 I brought my explorer in for ****** to look at. He said they could have never fixed the halogen headlight and that my high beam was out. When I asked to see the video showing it, he said I couldnt come into the security office and he showed me a grainy pic from his phone saying it showed the high beam out.When I attempted to express concern that 4 employees did not let me know my headlight still wasnt working, he said it wasnt a big deal. It wasnt like a tire didnt get put back on. When I attempted to express frustration about lack of communication, he cut me off and said he was there Sept 8 and there was no reason for him to call me.

    Hello I am writing to formally make a complaint against said Mr. lube commissioners road London ontario Canada. On about the 8th of April I went to the business to receive a oil change. On about April 16th I was driving home and my vehicle froze on the highway my entire engine died I pulled over as far as I could with my steering wheel and break now stiff. I then called my parents and brother to try to attend me on the side of the road and with out luck we where not able to start the vehicle. We then called a tow truck and the gentleman told me that the car had no oil in my vehicle. I called the company and they said they would look into the problem. As a single mother of three where a vehicle is very important I remained a sitting duck. I sent my vehicle to a trusted technician and he deemed the vehicle had a issue with the oil filter and because there was not enough oil the engine seesed... from there they made there investigation further not with a license professional that understands what they are looking for but a gentleman that is from their head office every phone call received from this man he had a very condescending attitude and indirectly was blaming me for tampering with the vehicle. Mr ******** *** indicated there is nothing he could do. I don't feel like the situation was taken seriously and now I'm without a vehicle. If this matter could be looked into further would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much hope you have a wonderful day.
