Beware of this company! It is staged to look like a large outfit but operated by a single individual using numerous phone numbers in various areas of Southern Ontario. I contracted him to install a garage door opener. He did not show up 2 days in a row, not even a curtesy call to say he would not be coming. Finally showed up the 3rd day, but the job he did was a nightmare! He insisted on not changing the old wires, from the previous opener. He was lazy and careless. He spliced the sensor wires at the very base of the door, did not even insulate them, leaving everything exposed to moisture which will corrode in no time. Never mind cutting the wires, but leaving them exposed is just negligent. I now have to order new sensors to ensure that my opener continues to work. There are missing bolts in the track hinges, on top of it the bolts he did put in were not pre drilled and cracked the base support. I inquired for a refund and he basically told me to get lost. Beware of this individual and his company. He is negligent and careless!
