    On June 8th, I contacted Ontario Luxury Limousine to book a party bus for my prom. From the start, *******************, the person I dealt with, was unprofessional in his texts, using all caps and no grammar. This made me feel uneasy and suspicious, but I proceeded with the booking and now regret it. I requested a 2-hour ride for 22 people and paid a $150 deposit to confirm the bus. However, when I received the invoice, it indicated the bus could only accommodate 20 people. I contacted *** to clarify, as he had confirmed over the phone that it could hold 22 people. He assured me it did, which was false. The bus was cramped and could not comfortably fit all of us. Additionally, *** claimed that everything on the bus was functional, including the lights, AC, and radio. None of these worked. To make matters worse, our bus driver spent ***** minutes at a gas station and then falsely reported to his manager that we were never there. Disturbed by the situation, I spoke to the bus driver, who directed me to contact ***. When I did, *** told me to talk to the bus driver, leading to a frustrating back-and-forth. Additionally, *** has been ignoring my texts about the situation. In one of the two photos attached are two guys (apologies for how weird the picture is), you can see in the background that we were at a gas station. In another photo showing a group of people, you can see the lights werent working and there were no blinds, contrary to what *** had promised. *** unexpectedly cussed me out over the phone, calling us spoiled brats, and the bus driver also yelled at me, accusing us of lying despite our proof. I asked *** for a partial refund due to the false statements and the significant delay at the gas station, but he and the company have refused to cooperate, instead calling me a liar and cussing at me. Attached is proof of the invoice, payment, and messages. We tried to resolve this with them directly, but they have been uncooperative, which is why I am seeking your help.

    Wanted to bring this to your attention as well.

     

    the driver whom was yelling at me and calling us liars commented a fake review under this company to make their business seem better. This was the same guy who *** said hed rather take his word over mine and now I can see why. This is unbelievable

    Rented a limo on June 17th. The limo was 1 hour late making us late and others had to find other forms of transportation to get to the wedding as the limo being late did not have time to pick up the others. Rented this limo to be a shuttle from 10pm to 1am as well. The driver refused make more then one trip so paid for a service I again did not receive. Contacted the owner via telephone 4 times, each time was given an excuse and a promise to get back to me but never did. Never offered any way to make this right. I paid $1700 for for mostly services I half received. I had paid via etransfer as this was their only form of payment, so was unable to file a claim with a credit card company.
