Not five minutes after the plumber left after replacing the flapper and pump in my toilet, the tank split and water poured on the bathroom floor. We didn’t even use the toilet. And for this they charged $335 (it was NOT an emergency)! They offered to return the next day and charge me for a new toilet. ***** ******* **** **** *** *** ********** *** *** *** **** *** **** * ***** **** ******** **** **** ** **** ***** 

We had Triton plumbing do a full plumbing overhall on our house and install a tankless ******** White hot water tank. We have had nothing but problems with it not producing hot water and having to wait 5 plus mins for hot water. We contacted triton to fix the problem a few times only to have them come in and insinuate that it was an operator error. They actually asked me to demonstrate how I turn my tap on to get hot water. We provided videos to them as requested to show the issue and they did not help or do what they said they would (contact ******** white to rectify the issue). I called them multiple times to find out if they found out any information from ******** white, to only find out that they didn't contact them at all. We have had a new company come in to inspect everything and do multiple tests, only to find that Triton didn't install the unit properly. It cost us $590.00 for the new company to inspect and diagnose the water heater. I forwarded the report to Triton and they still have not responded. Now we have to replace the gas line to the unit which will cost over $1,800.00 because it's under drywall etc. They have zero respect for their customers should you have an issue, nor do they know how to service or repair the products the sell. I do not recommend Triton Plumbing Service. They don't stand behind their work, correct their mistakes or have the decency to respond to emails and messages should you contact them about the problem they created.

Our contractor hire this company to complete a basement reno. We have had numerous issues with workman ship from this company. One in particular we just hooked up our kitchen sink only to find out it drains no where. It drains through the wall into another room. They will take no ownership of the faulty workmanship citing too much time has passed and the pluming inspector signed it off. I would never deal with this company again and can't imagine what my out of pocket expenses are going to be to have this properly corrected.
