    ** ****** * ********* ******** ***** We bought a recumbent exercise bike from the Treadmill Factory in August 23. It arrived without the heart monitor working.When I contacted the customer service, it took approximately 2 hours on each call and their response was to send me part to repair the defective monitor. First, I do not have the tools necessary to feed the electronic links through the handles. Secondly, they only sent part of the supplies needed to repair it and they were also defective. After 2-3 attempts to get working parts that were complete (handles with the sensors working), they agreed to send out a repair technician. He inspected the bike, said it was defective and informed the Treadmill factory that it needed parts. However, they would not send the parts to his company and they had to come to us directly. When he came to fix it, the parts were again defective. Next they said the monitor was the problem and replaced it. The heart monitor still did not work. The technician told them that the bike was defective and should be replaced. The Treadmill Factory responded that the bike was functional and the heart monitor was not required. ** ******* ** ********** *** **** *** **** ** ** ***** ****** ******** ******* *** *************** ** ** ************* The heart monitor was absolutely required. Since this response I have asked for a refund and had no response. They keep telling me to go back through their service department even though they have no intention of replacing the bike or refunding my purchase price. ** *** *** ******** **** **** ******** Date of experience: September 02, 2024

    Overcharges on shipping and claims its set by the courier. You can easily calculate the weight and size of the packages and see **** ******* ****** They quoted 260.00 shipping on less than 10lbs of merchandise in a zone 5 non international. I cant even imagine the massive oversized box they would have to send to equal those charges *************

    AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE TAKEN $1050 FROM ME AND NOT SHIPPED MY ORDER AND REFUSE TO RESPOND TO MY CALLS AND EMAILS

    Bought a ****** ***** **** unit from the Calgary location. I took it home and the left leg/arm are off alignment and dont fit into the roller. Called **** who handles warranty claims for ****** ***** and was told the parts are no longer available, I was directed to 3rd party treadmill repair websites instead to purchase my own replacement parts (they arm and leg are like $200 each, and I just paid $1000 for a brand new unit so why should i have to do that?). The unit was defective on arrival and less than a week old since it was purchased. Next I submitted a service request on the ******* ******* website - a week has gone by and I haven't heard anything, so I've just submitted another request. (wait and see? I'm not expecting much). ******* ****** ** ****** ******** ***** ****** ***** The machine looks great but if anything goes sideways they won't honor the warranty or give you any service at all. *** ******* ****** * ********* ***** *** ********** **** * ********* ******

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Going on 3 years of trying to get my assault bike fixed. Passed through numerous managers etc. Still haven't received parts I was promised to fix the bike myself. Absolutely garbage service. As I see from everyone else. I wish there was more I could do. Just going to spam their social media with crap posts.

    Ordered an ******* Elite airbike as a birthday present. It arrived with the box absolutely shredded with holes on both sides and damage to the bike frame in ,multiple spots. For a $1500 + tax piece of equipment you would expect better shipping protection and definitely better customer service. Clearly I could not gift this bike in the condition it arrived, so asked for a replacement and was told I had to wait for treadmill factory to process a claim with *****. I get that they have a process in place to deal with THEIR shipper, but I don't see how that should be my problem as a consumer....? I was given 2 choices: get a refund or wait for them to process their claim and ship a replacement. Either option left me high and dry without a birthday present. Treadmill Factory did not seem to care, nor want to compensate me in any way for their delivery issues resulting in me not having a present to give. I would definitely spend my hard-earned money elsewhere.

    The Barrie store and the people there are great to deal with and I feel sorry for them because their Service department are the worst ever!! If your machine works and no issues great experience but if not, might as well return the product right away and get a refund. I've been waiting for a guide tube for a Fitness Trainer machine for 6 weeks and I'm not holding my breath it will be in this Wednesday. It's a $50 part at best because its tubing. It came bent and they took for ever to respond to my emails and good luck on them answering the phone. ************************************ where are their bosses to take responsibility ************************ All I'm asking for is to at least give me a guide tube from a floor model till they can get me a new one. I've spent close to $8000 between 3 machines and weights and this is the run around I get. So store is great but the SERVICE DEPARTMENT GARBAGE!!! *************************************************************** **** AGAIN THIS IS A REVIEW ONLY FOR THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT NOT THE STORE!
