We need a copy of the agreement signed with the previous owner. We are looking to replace our current hot water tank with a tankless heater. However, the vendor has not been answering any calls.Review from Li Mu H

******** ******* ** *** ***** **** * ******** **** **** ***** *** ************** We wish to cancel our rental agreement after over 10 years of renting a hot water tank heater for them. That is now proving to be an impossible task. Whether through email or by phone, we couldn't reach them. The only communication is their billing and telling us that we can buy out the decade old unit for $1000.Review from MT T

In 2012 I moved into a new house. My services provider has always been ******** they installed my furnace and heater. I was informed that the water heater won’t last long and will eventually need a a new one. In 2021 My water tank finally stopped working. ******* came in and replaced it with a rental in 2021. Now that we are able to see itemized billing’s on ******** billing portal. I log a dispute ask why I was paying for two water heaters when I had only one. One was with ******** and the other with Enpure. Who was this enpure company I was paying? After a month of emails back and forward with them they claim that the water tank that was took away was there’s and I owe them a buyout fee including a dispute amount of $806.57 They also claim that the new replacement tank is there’s. However the tank has a huge sticker on it saying “property of ********”. And all my paperwork is with ********. I’ve been paying for this Enpure since 2021 and because I asked a simple question on why I’m paying for two water heaters. It come to this point in time. I’ve just received a letter from Esther from Enpure Home Comfort in Markham demanding the water tank back or they will bill me. And add the amount onto outstanding. They are also demanding a discharge fee of $350.Review from Mathew A

The company hires out a 3rd party to service their tanks. Mine sprung a leak and luckily i was home to shut the water and gas off. Took them 5 days to get me a new tank. Took 2 days off work, sat at home, told between 8-10 am, no show, told between 4-6 pm.. finally got a hold of the manager of the technicians, She hung up on me. Got a hold of enpure and they tried to urge them. Technician manager text me saying they wont come until 9 am the next day. ********** *************** will be 3 days of leave i have to take to wait for this and its still not solved so could be more.Review from Zoe Z

There are 2 yellow lights on Our water tank machine and it is not able to produce hot water. I called Enpure Home Comfort l, one ******* lady said it is too old to repair. Asked me to replace new one. Water tank Contract have been expried, we want to cancel the contract and return the old tank which needs repairs often. Via phone, they agree to cancel but asked for $60 cancelation fee. And we will return the tank by ourselves. This ******* lady send me email address asked me to email a cancelation request and she will send me old tank delivery address How ever, I received an email asking me to buyout this broken old tank. No single words about cancelation. I emailed back and call again. No answer. That ******* lady said she is not the person dealing with cancelation. She didn't want to tell me who is taking charge of cancelation business. And in email there is no name at the end, just "administrator"
