    We hired ********** ******** *************** of Pink Champagne Photography as our Wedding Photographer in June 2024. We had some family things going on at the time and at the beginning we a little slow with responding to her. She kept up with following up with us to ensure she got paid, even told us we would lose the date if we didn't confirm very soon. After chatting with **********, she offered us a better deal if we paid in full, so unfortunately, we did that. After she confirmed the receipt of our money, we never heard from her again. We were starting to get worried at the beginning of September as we were mere weeks away from our wedding, so we started emailing her more regularly. It states in her contract that it could take over 48 hours to receive a response, so to be respectful, we didn't email every day, but rather every few days. Still no response from **********. A week before our wedding, we *** * ******* *** *** ***** *** ***** *** **** *** *** **** ********** ** ******* ** ** *** ******** ** ** had no choice but to hire a second company, and pay again. ** *** **** ** ** ***** *** ***** ******* **** *** ** *** **** ** ******* ********** *** **** *** *****  We'd like our money back, and don't want anyone else to go thru what we have, as it ruined what was supposed to be the best day of our lives. ** **** ****** *** **** ********** ******** **** ** ******* **** ** ****** ** **** ********* ****** **** *** **** ****** *** **** ****** ** ** **** ***** * ********************************************************************************************************

    I had agreed in a contract with **********, the owner of Pink Champage Photography. I have paid in full. My wedding is coming up October 5th 2024 and I have connected with people that she has completely fell through with showing up to events and delivering pictures if she has shown up. I have tried contacting her on multiple platforms including *********, ********, text and phone call. I paid for this package in full and I would just like to get my money back so I can book another photographer **** ** **** ********* *** **** ******** ******* *** ******** * **** **** I have confirmation if the package if she cannot uphold her end of the deal it is stated she will either find a replacement service or refund the customer in full.
