    There driver ************ signed my name and left the package. Why require a signature if you're going to have the driver sign for it and leave it?

    Horrible service for delivery. I ** ******** *** couldn’t get to the door fast enough before driver left. Virtual assistance is horrible. I tried calling to get status of my redelivery request and was on hold for 1 hour 55 minutes before my call was disconnected before I was able to speak with an agent.

    We used the same vendor for 3 packages and 2 arrived before the first delivery that was sent on December 6. Weather delays was the issue. We were told there were 36 trailers to be unloaded and they are doing 6 a night. We went back to the main office in winnipeg to be told that they have over 50 trailers to be unloaded and that we can expect sometime by the end of the month. I advised it was a Christmas gift and I was told oh well blame ****** **** We also had a recent delivery and then received notification that the package was attempted but we were not home. Had to drive down and pick up when it was inconvenient ** ** ******* ** ***** ******* ********** ****** **********. We were home all night and checked our cameras and no delivery. I told the purolator staff that and she said that she hears that a lot *** ***** **** *** ****** ** *** ********** *** ***** *** *****  We had no choice as the vendor used them.

    Purolator is very frustrating to deal with. They have circular automated customer service by phone or online that never actually get you to assistance. They have been dishonest sighting bad weather as the reason for delayed shipments however that message was 2 weeks ago and has not been updated since. The real reason for their delay is due to high volumes because of the ****** **** strike. If they were just honest about it I would understand but since there has not been bad weather across Canada that would cause any delay for the past 2 weeks they are simply just ***** to their customers. Obviously they do not run there business based on integrity. ** **** ****** ** ******* **** *** ***** ******* *** *** ** ******** ***** **** **** *** *******

    **** ****** My parcel was suppose to be delivered dec 10 by the end of the day it was on a bad weather day in london. **** next day ** ****** ****** in london *** the weather wasn't bad. Still saying bad weather. Fri December 13 still waiting the purolator truck came up my road delivered my neighbors parcels not mine it's still on a weather delay no date given. * **** ***** **** *** Today is the 17th of December and I am still waiting.

    ********** ******** ******** they will take your money but refuse to tell you they don’t ship to your area. ******* ********* ******** ********* ** ******** ****** ****** *** ****** **** ***** ****** **** ** ** *******  They currently will not allow you to pick up your items that they have in their possession stating that they have no access to them. I did not send my packages through ****** ****, I did not pay high shipping fees to have ** **** Christmas presents held ******* by Purolator! If your 3rd party carrier isn’t in operation why are you accepting money only to hold people’s items *******!!! Do the right thing and allow people to pick up their items that we paid YOU to deliver. If you don’t deliver to those areas make arrangements for people who are seeking alternative shipping methods!

    ********* ** ********** **** ***** ***** ***. It's week 4 of the ****** **** strike, and Purolator is still unable to do anything to combat this issue. Their customer service agents *** about everything, and they make you try to use their "Virtual Assistant" rather than actually have you speak to a human. The Virtual Assistance just regurgitates what's already shown in your tracking page. Right now there is no way to contact Purolator. Their Chat feature has been deactivated, their customer service line just tells you that they're busy and can't take your call, and they are not responding to email requests. I have a very expensive package being shipped by Purolator (vendor chose shipping company) and I haven't received an update in over 6 days letting me know where my package is.     ************ They Picked up my order on Nov 30th - Estimated Arrival December 9th . No updates till Today and the update is “ Delayed in Transit Due to a missed connection “ Tried to call them email them text them no one replies. They are very unprofessional.
