***** ******** ******** They will send you an email to pay custom fees to a site and use some random password. The next page will display how much you need to pay and a credit card form. No breakdown of how they pulled that number out ** ***** ******. Their email says if you have questions to email a particular email address. That email address auto responds that it is an email that isn't being monitored. If you visit their website, they have no phone number and only a contact form. That form is broken. The form says my phone number is invalid until I placed a fake phone number that it considers valid. Even after that it fails to submit the form. The form sends to a url that responds with a 404. Had to find the local Aramex depot and call that phone number. They will then tell you to write a phone number to call, which is their customs and billings department. The person ******* **** ** * *** will just tell you to pay up, abandon the package, or return to sender. You can't self clear, you can't get any discount, nothing. Worst of all they charge a FIXED 25$ handling fee. ********* *** ******* ******* I just need to see how long after getting paid will they drop off my package.

Hi,
The consignee was sent a online payment request on 02/07/24 under tracking ************ consignee paid the duty and taxes on 02/09/24 package delivered on 02/13/24.
The consignee was frustrated with our process on how to pay the duty and taxes on line for Customs and how to open an online case as he kept receiving the error messages on Aramex.com and had to phone in to confirm the duty and taxes with us. This company is the worst. Their customer service portal on their website is broken, the fields will not accept text. I am awaiting delivery of a package they claim was attempted but no one home (I was home). The tracking page says "delivery rescheduled" but there have been no further attempts to deliver or contact me. I emailed them and got a reply 3 days later to "add my phone number" however I'm the recipient and their website is broken so....no way to do that. I asked how, and asked for contact info for the local dispatch centre...and the response was to close the service ticket! Also, I've left 4 voicemails with no response.
