            I paid $1500 for full to term legal assistance with my record suspension and US entry waiver. After I have all of my personal information and fingerprints, I no longer received any response from 8+ emails within the past 1.5 years. I want my money refunded and my information destroyed from their system.

            I paid this company to process a Pardon on my behalf. I paid 2 installment's one for $397.00 and one for $416.85. I have submitted all required forms and finger prints as of July 2022. I have been emailing them since and no one will respond to me. I have also tried to call the number listed and no one answers. I could have done this myself for much cheaper and would just like what I paid for completed. I have been ghosted from this company. I would like a refund at this point so I can compete it myself.

            I contacted Canadian Criminal Record Management Services - CCRMS about getting a parden and a US entry waver. The woman called me back almost instantly and I paid the fee. I got some paper work from her and filled it out. I got my finger prints taken, my court records and sent it off to them. Now I am getting radio silence. I have emailed multiple times and tried calling them but I am getting nothing from them. I just want them to complete what they said they would or I want my information back.

            I hired this place a year ago for a pardon/record suspension and they were well aware I wasn't eligible until Dec.2021 and I was told could start application a year early so I paid the 600 and some dollars and they were great with keeping touch via email until Dec.2021 I got my last form for an address update and to have a form filled out by local police department and I done that and ever since haven't heard sword from them. If they are legit I just want them to do what I paid them to do, file my pardon and travel waiver forms. I have been waiting over 10 years to be eligible so gonna be a smack in the face to be ****** *** by this company after what I paid them and plus all costs along the way for record checks and such. Please if u can help me get what I paid for or a fund return be much appreciated

            So I have spoken with the parole board and now figured out I can simply do this procedure all on my own. So what I would like if this CCRMS company isn't willing to move forward with my file I would be just looking for a full refund as I was told will be no other charges and such and the original amount was 600 and some, I can go back on my credit card statement and get that exact amount for you if need be. **** * **** ***** **** ******* ** **** ******** **** ** *** ***** *** ***** ****** *** ***** **** *** ***** **** ** **** ****** *** **** ******. Either way if they want to complete what they started with no further charges I will be happy and if not I am looking for a refund, thanks so much
            I just went back and had a look. The original fee I paid these guys was Feb 2021 and was in the amount of 623.00 thanks

            I selected this company to file for my pardon. It was during the pandemic so it was very difficult to get everything they needed. I eventually got all the paperwork needed and sent it off to the companies adress. It's been 6 months and not a email or phone number back. I tried contacting them but there's no phone number associated and they're not responding to my emails.

            Hello I paid 350 to get help from the ccrms organization to assist me in getting my pardon and I sent the whole file of local and court records checks to them and they told me that one was missing which it was not so I got the missing one redone and now they will not call me or respond to my emails so I'm other words they have just taken my money and did nothing

            I paid almost 400 dollars for assistance in obtaining a US entry waiver. I believe it was January 2021. I have been doing all the necessary steps. I am on the last part of it, and now they ignore phone calls and e-mails. I have messaged them numerous times, with no response. I would just like to finish what has been paid for

            i have paid for a waiver and a pardon this company will not return my emails nor phone calls i need this waiver i sent them the first batch of information they sent it back saying they needed more information i sent them that they said i need tax assessment and measurable benefits i sent them that still no word left numerous messages nothing i want either my information i sent them or my money back
