    I ordered two of the **** packages back in Sept/Oct. 2023 ($410.96) and received nothing from them. I’ve used this same subscription on and off for 3 years no issues other than them being a couple days late into the next month. I also never received an email saying the orders went through or were being shipped at all (which had happened before but still got my shoes) so I didn’t really put too much thought into it at the time just simply thinking they would still show up and it was just a mishap and things like that happen sometimes I guess. I have emailed them multiple times, I’ve tried messaging them on all platforms I could find and still nothing. It’s now nearing April 2024 and I still haven’t received anything or heard back. ***** ******* ** ***** **** ***** *** ***** ****** ***

    Subscribed to the premium service in December. Received the first two boxes without issue. Billed for February and have yet to receive the product. All of their points of contact have been disabled (emails bounce back, no response on social media)

    We purchased 3 sneaker subscriptions from Sneaker Tub for employee prizes in September. We paid over $1000 to this company and have not received the product, cannot find a phone number and several emails have been sent with no response. I need to know what is happening and if we will get a refund if our products are not going to be sent. if this is a monthly subscription we have now missed two months (September and October).

    I placed an order on April 5th, 2023. I was charged $89 on my credit card. I have not recieved my order. I've sent many emails, 4 to be exact and no one has responded. The policy on the website states that once a new order has been placed the product will be shipped within 14 days. It's May and I have not heard from Sneakertub and have not recieeved my order.

    I have been reaching out to them a crossed all their platforms, regarding duplicate shoes. I got a response back on ********* stating that I will have a return label in the mail and they will exchanged my shoes.. I never got the email I’ve been reaching out since Jan 31st they are now ignoring me. When I first told them about my issue, and what email my account was under they CHARGED me for another month subscription and then started to ignore me. So as far as I am concerned they have ****** 300 dollars from me. ** **** ******** ** ******* ** * **** **** * ********* **** *** ****** ********** ******* ***** ** * ***** ** ******* *** ******* I also has the same issue back in 2020 where they sent me the wrong back, and never resolved it but kept charging me.     I subscribed to Sneakertub’s monthly sneaker subscription boxes, where you pay a set amount and receive a pair of sneakers and sneaker accessories. * *** * ***** ******** *** **** * **** *** * **** *** never had an issue until September 2022. That month I did not receive my monthly package, so I emailed the company, with no response. So, I reached out via social media ********* * ********** and someone got a hold of me through ******** and said that it was a processing error and that they would mail my package along with my October shipment. October came and I did receive one package in the mail for the month, but not the missed September package, and the. November came and went and I did not receive that package either, even though sneakertub took my monthly payment. So I again sent numerous emails with no response, so I messaged via social media once more. This time I was replied to on ********* and assured that my packages will be sent out the following week. At this time I was informed that my email was somehow sent to their spam folder or something along those lines, so I said I do not want another payment being taken until I receive my two missed packages. But my payment for January 2023 was taken out in December, and once again I did not receive my monthly box. I emailed Jessica T. from an alternate email address and she responded and said she would do a deep dive into my account and then be in touch when I would receive my packages, to no avail. This is now going on 5 months and over $600 was taken out and nothing was sent to me.

    i ordered a monthly subscription through this shoe subscription box service. they sent me my first subscription box in september then they charged me for my next month and i never received the package, i contacted the company asking where the package was and they continued to tell me it was coming and a month after i contacted again and they never would answer me back after i attempted several times, also asked to have a refund for the package i never got after almost 3 months and still havent gotten a response from them

    Hi, I'd like help in receiving a refund from a company called SNEAKERTUB Inc. I ordered shoes from them **********************************************. ******** the company *********************************** but twice, totalling a little over $1300, when I had only intended to buy a 3-month subscription to the service from them, which cost around $650. I attempted to cancel the subcription twice yet was still charged to my credit card, *********************************** the company sent goods far lower in value than were promised on the site for the package I bought. They already paid me back for one of the ************ subscriptions, but I want to be paid back for the other two as well. ********************************************************************* The company appears to have changed the description of the "Elite" package, which I subscribed to, on their website. *********************************************************************************************************************** it promised certain high-end sneaker brands, none of which were ever delivered. ******************************************

    I sent 4 emails like this. I never received a response. I would like a full refund as they never shipped the shoes. It is now May 25, 2022 and the original order was placed May 5, 2022. This is the 4th email I have sent and still have not received a response. I joined on may 5 and still have not received shoes or an email stating that my shoes have been shipped. It's been more than 14 days... can someone please update me on the shipping? Thank you.

    Order date: March 1, 2022 Order Amount: $211.98 Order #: ********** I ordered their Elite package and it was meant to be shipped within 14 days after the order was placed. It's a monthly subscription box for trendy sneakers and clothing. Soon after making the order I received an email stating that the order would be at least three weeks later than promised with the possibility of it being even longer. *************************** timing is the main aspect of a monthly subscription box nor do I appreciate people holding my money and assets longer than I agreed. Anyhow, I requested that my membership be canceled and that my money be refunded. Jessica replied telling me that they still had that day to complete my order and that it was done earlier that do. To that I requested a confirmation email that gives the details confirming shipping and a method to track the shipment. Jessica told me I would receive it the next day... she was ********* **** throughout the process ****************************************************************** ***************** I received no confirmation email. Since then I have sent several other emails trying to follow up and now I get no response whatsoever. I want my account canceled, no further charges and all monies refunded.
