Had a leaking outdoor faucet and called Safari as I they are a local company. ****** came to my house and diagnosed the problem. He was unreliable though as he failed to show up for our agreed upon appt time and date. After a 10 day wait, he finally did show. He placed a shut off valve, a replaced the faucet however the install was well below standard. The shutoff valve was placed such it could not be accessed as the duct work block access to it and more importantly the faucet was loose and the pipe twisted when you turned the water on and off. This was a recipe for disaster as it will leak from a joint guaranteed. ****** knew that this was not correct but said this was the best he could do. He could not anchor the faucet to the brick. I wish I could share my video on this platform as it speaks volumes of the professionalism displayed here. I sent an email to the company with said video and they agreed it was not up to par ans offered to send ****** back to fix his errors. I requested a different plumber and ***** came and he was the only bright spot of this experience. He did a great job of fixing Dans incompetence. I dont mind spending extra money if I get good service however this was a ****** that you dont always get what you pay for. I reached out to the owner of the company, ****. He never answered me despite numerous attempts to discuss the matter. Safari was recently sold to **** in 2022 and hence the change in the quality of the service and lack of professionalism. You see a trend in more recent reviews. This is not company it once was. My advice is to stay away! ****** would lose his licence if plumbing was regulated and **** does not care about his customers.

Safari Plumbing Ltd is a good example of why service buyers need to use a buyer beware' approach when seeking home repair services. Because I was extremely impressed with the service rendered years ago by the original Safari Plumbing owner *****, I contacted Safari Plumbing Ltd. for a home plumbing job because I needed a plumber to assess a toilet problem I was having and to inspect my other two toilets. Big mistake!I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with a service visit I received July 4, 2022 and will be lodging a BBB complaint soon. The so-called plumber' inspected 3 toilets at my request, said one had a flapper leak and recommended all 3 toilets be replaced, and added Safari Plumbing Ltd. would happily replace all three toilets at a cost of (are you sitting down) OVER $******* Following the visit my wife, who has a long distance cell number, asked to speak to the plumber to get specific details about which brand of toilet (make, manufacturer, serial no. info) and I received a call from him saying because it was a long distance cell number he had to email her to avoid paying the long distance fee. Happy to charge over ******* for toilet replacements, but couldnt afford a few cents for a quick long distance call? Are you kidding me!My wife called this company several times for further information about the replacement toilets and as of July 7 is still waiting for a response. But wait, it gets even better. After this extremely disappointing visit, I had the 3 toilets inspected by a well-regarded, reputable plumber who indicated the 3 toilets did not require replacement and fixed my issues for a sum total of (are you sitting down), $120.00. Their service was second to none. The service person (****) showed up on time and ready to do the job. **** told me exactly what this issue was and what he had to to do to fix it. As the job proceeded he kept giving me updates.My issue was addressed ahead of the expected time and to my complete satisfaction.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Very poor customer service.We called ********************************************* to come and tighten a loose s**** on our kitchen faucet which causes the faucet to wobble whenever we use it. The company told us it would cost $49.00 plus tax for a call out. My husband is a 75 year old veteran that can not do the work himself so we agreed.The plumber arrived, used his cell phone to take a few pictures under the sink and told us the s**** was loose on the faucet but he would no fix it that day as the work would require a deinstallation and reinstallation of the faucet assembly. This would mean demolishing our 5 year old stone countertop to get access to the assembly or he could demolish a fixed shelf under the sink to get at the assembly as well. We told the plumber the choices would be too destructive and expensive to tighten a s**** The plumber suggested a cheaper fix would be if we loosened the faucet completely and fill the faucet cavity with adhesive caulking, holding it in place until the caulking cured. This would give us a few more years of use, which is all we wanted. We asked the plumber to do this for us and he refused, twice. At that point we were presented with a **** of $167.24 which we paid but got nothing in return, the faucet is still loose. The plumber later submitted a quote to tighten the s**** on our kitchen faucet for $758.23. We called and spoke with the manager to ask them to come back and caulk the faucet for us at no extra cost. Our request landed on deaf ears. This lack of customer service leaves me wondering how many other people have given this company money with no service in return?

Price way too much. There should be regulations on how much to charge us. Safari Plumbing are too greedy.

I was very satisfied with the service call I had earlier this month. The plumber was very professional, courteous, and punctual. He explained my options for carrying out the work well. I have dealt with this company since the day I moved into my townhouse in 2006 and have always been pleased with the reliable and prompt service I have received over the years. Whenever any of my friends or acquaintances need a plumber I have no hesitation in recommending Safari Plumbing.

Exceptional work, serving our family for many years. Fast, efficient, honest and they do a great clean up when finished. The work is well explained in layman’s terms, questions are answered clearly, you know what is being done before the work begins. I would highly recommend Safari Plumbing to friends and family.
