I do not recommend. We are a pest control company that signed up in February to advertise on a bag for the busy ********** Market in the summer, and as of today, the bag still has not been started. Our busiest season is Spring/Summer and they did not have the bags done for that. I spoke with customer service manager who could care less about that. She kept saying I understand but they will be out soon. I had to ask for someone higher up. I would not recommend using this company for advertising!

**** ******* ***** ***** *********** ** *** **** **** ****. I purchased ad space on a reusable bag in Oct 2023 for the local 2024 farmers market. The farmers market started in May, it is now almost September and the bags are no where to be found.The MARC Group Response

****** ** **** **** ******** They got me for almost 4K. They promised me bags that would go towards a family market in my area and it’s been over a year. Since this review has been submitted we were able to speak with the client and address their concerns. We shared images of the bag with them by email and made arrangements with the farmers market for them to be able to pick up a bag when the market reopens in November.Review from Nicole R

I paid to have my business on a community farmers market bag in my town in December of 2023. The market started in May of 2024. It is now almost July, the market is half over as it ends in early October, and still do not have a delivery date for when the bags will arrive to the market for distribution. My sales rep left and I had -0- follow-up from anyone at the Marc Group letting me know that the bags were delayed. I found out because I went to the first and second weekend markets and no bags were available. If you really wanted to rectify the situation then you would use different sourcing for your products and not keep having the same issues **** ******* - over and over again. *** ** *** ******** **** *** ********* *** *** *** ***** *** **** *** **** ******* **** ***** ** *** ****** **** *** **** *** **** *** ******* *** ******** ** **** ********* ** ***** ********** ********* *** **** you make promises that you can not keep. You called the store, even though you have my cell phone, and stated that it will be another two to three weeks. I want my money back!!!! If your guess of 2-3 weeks is correct then we will only have 3 weeks left of a weekly market. That means that out of 25 weekend markets, the bags will be available for likely 3 of them. It took this company over a year to finally have the bags shipped to their final destination which was not the original locatuon that was initially agreed on. I however have still not been shipped my sample bag. Every time I contacted them there was the same excuses. They were out for printing, or in the process of being shipped, or they've been mailed out. Although they did offer to print business cards to try and smooth things over it does nothing for my complete advertising budget having been used and no chance of any business for that year. I also wish I had read the reviews prior to advertising as I will never advertise myself or recommend this company to anyone. To this date I have still not received a sample bag nor do I know when they are even going to be handed out to the public. As communicated before, and agreed upon, we needed to change our original vendor for these community bags. We apologize that this order took longer than originally expected. The bags have been received by the *** ********** and they love them! They are excited to start using them for their community events. You should now have received photos of the bag showing your advertisement on it. I’ve been working with Alex for the last two years to get my bags out to the ******* ******, They worked with my head office marketing department and were able yo put it all together, I absolutely love the bags and frequent the market to pick up a few bags to give out to my clients. It’s like a walking billboard. What they said they did and is why I agreed to do the second year on the bags I’m very happy with this decision and Alex makes it less stressful as he knows I’m extremely busy Would definitely recommend Alex from The Marc group.The MARC Group Response
