***** ***** ***** ****** ******** ** *** **** **** ******* ********* I never write bad reviews about any business/restaurant I deal with. But this time I had to share my absolute worst experience ever! Brought in my son's electrical scooter for diagnosis in order to find out why it was not working. Paid $50 for diagnosis. I was told by the owner he will get back to me in a few days and let me know what the issue is. When I didn't hear back from him I called the store and was told he is out of town. The person on the phone couldn't find my scooter, said he will call me back. When he did, I was told the motor is faulty and needs replacement which will cost approximately $200! I told him I'll call him back to let him know whether we want it repaired or just take it back and get a new one instead. We decided not to go ahead with the repair, which I specifically told the person on the phone when I called back and that I will come and pick up the scooter. Yesterday, Saturday Nov 19th, I showed up at the store and was told by the owner that he doesn't have my scooter anymore!!! That he was out of town and there was a misunderstanding /miscommunication between myself and whomever was filling in for him during his absence. He said the scooter was scrapped!!! I was shocked! "How can you scrap someone elses property without my permission?!" to which he replied "I'm sorry we sold it, I can compensate you for it $100!" So which one is it? Sold or scrapped?! * **** ***** ***** **** **** ********** ***** ****** ** ** ***** **** ** ***** ** ******** ******** *** * ***************** * ***** ***** ***** ****** ******* **** **** ********* ***** ** **** My son was devastated when I told him what happened. Yes, the scooter was not working but that is not the point. You don't scrap or sell your customer's item without their consent!??

I am very surprised that Ms. ****** does not tell the whole story? I, the owner was out of the country to attend my mothers funeral in Europe. While I was away and was still in contact with the shop I instructed them to clear of the obsolete scooters, which included also Ms. ******'s son's scooter already. To allege us to be ******* is a quite strong statement. Furthermore when she came to our store and apologizing that she had not followed up with the repair for a few weeks I broke her the bad news that we had scrapped the scooter by mistake. After I had asked her what she wanted to do with the nonoperating scooter she said that she had sold it to a friend as is for $50.00. That is why I offered here $100.00 to compensate her and she she ripped the bill out of my hands and said this is fine. I will contest her statement with legally unless she deletes this public statement. Unbelievable, I never saw such reaction after an agreed settlement, which she accepted taking the money and left the store. Why did she not agree and ask for more money. If she is strong and brave enough I can give her a free scooter!!
