We were also ***** in to get all kinds of stuff on my wrinkles, sold 2 products at $426. My face was then beet red & peeling, I would say some reaction. In very small print on the receipt it says no returns only refunds in 14 days. Yes the man tried selling all kinds of other products we said no & got out of there. Whatever he put on my face made me feel physically weird, **** ** *** ***** **** ********* *** * ******** ***** *** We returned the next day for a refund. He said you need to call customer service. I did & the woman said she was a distributor only. He would have to do it. That did nothing. Finally some one **** ****** called & she did in fact refund. I told her my credit card Co. Would back me & in the end he would pay for it anyway. He told me 4x at least it was FDA approved, it's not. Buyer beware ALWAYS look up reviews 1st, * **** **** * ** ********* *** ** *** *** Research Collagen it cannot repair topically applications like they promised. Totally disgusting sales techniques targeting vulnerable people! I am 74 years old and, of course, I have wrinkles. Person who sold me products told me he was the store manager, and made out to be my friend, especially when I told him I am a pensioner who survives on government pension and already live hand to mouth. After convincing me that the product was hiding my wrinkles, he coerced me into spending much more money than I thought, and only told me the amount I spent when I asked him. He told me that he charged $565 to my ****. I told him that's it ... no more... and would not give him my card again for any further charges. When I got home and checked my ****, it seems that he lied to me. The total charges were actually over $900!! To make matters worse, the 'creams' he put on my face dried up on the bus ride home, and I had to keep wiping off the dried residue. I am totally disgusted that I was not only tricked into buying more than I could afford, but I was lied to, and actually spent almost double what the salesperson told me. I would warn people to stay clear of that company* *** ***** *** **** ***** *********
