    On Jan 27, 2022, we received an invitation for my son to play a summer hockey league. This is a summer league from May 2022 to Aug 2022. From the invitation email, the league was described as "all games will be played on Tuesday nights starting as early as 6pm". We registered my son and paid CAD $960.50 on Jan 28, 2022. On April 7, 2022, I found a schedule on the League website showing the game day for the 2010 age group is on Mondays. However, by that time, this schedule does not work for us due to a conflict on Mondays. Once I found this, I immediately reached out to Pro Hoc for confirmation. The coach of this team confirmed to me "I sent something out a while back about Frank changing the date. All games Mondays and starts May15th/August 30th". Both my wife and I checked our email box and even the spam box, but both of us did not receive that email at all. I asked the coach when he sent that email and if he could send us that email again. Then I didn't receive any response. Since then I have been asking Pro Hockey for a refund over the phones and texts. But Pro Hoc kept asking us to wait. I made efforts to call them, texted them, and emailed them many times. But again there is no response. It has been weeks of poor communication and handling of this issue from Pro Hockey. And now we want a full refund.
