            I took this training course that was supposed to be 6 weeks long and I would have comply AZ I paid extra for the course that said guaranteed pass meaning they would let me take the test until I passed. I started the course in May and it has now been 4 months. I took the test in July (10 weeks after the course started) but I failed right at the end of my test and the training facility said I should have passed but it was a bad tester who fails everyone. I asked to rebook my test right away and they kept giving me the runaround. A couple days ago I called them again to find out when I would be able to take another test and they told me I had to pay $100 to do another test. If I was told this in the beginning I would have paid the $100 and taken the test right away but now its September and I havent had any training since July so most likely wont pass the next test. I just lost $9,000 because of them not scheduling my test sooner. It was not an option for me to book my own test it was policy that they book it. I still dont have a test date and have to pay them $100 to book it but their advertising says you can take the test until you pass so this is false advertising and the 6 weeks was a joke because its been almost 5 months now. I want them to book my test and give me some extra training time so I am prepared for the next test plus I should not have to pay $100 to take it since i was never told about that. Its false advertising all around.
