201 Britannia Road East Mississauga,, Horrible customer service, NO ONE EVER CALLS YOU BACK!! I bought a stove there. We initially wanted a new stove like we had previously. A **********, it was delivered but upon delivery, the driver told me that it was damaged. No one from the store called me about the return, We had to go in and settled on an ** stove. This stove after a year is a nightmare! it does not cook properly even with so called ** technicians saying the temperature is good, which means nothing. Sure there is temperature however the mechanism of this stove is just not right! I have been baking pizza's for a long time. The 'bake' element stays on! at the top, so the pizza gets burned on top but the bottom stays white, I escalated the issue but this is the reply I got from Customer service, ** ** ********* *** brushes you off! This is to inform you that this will be our final correspondence regarding your situation. Please note that your stove is not covered by a warranty. You declined the extended warranty plan at the time of purchase, and the manufacturer's warranty has since expired. If you require service, you will need to pay for it through ** or by arranging repairs through a local service depot of your choice. We understand your disappointment and appreciate your past business. However, we must reiterate that we are unable to provide any further support on this matter. ************* ****** ********* **** THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! **** *** *** ****** no one calls you bothers to meet you half way, they just left us with a $1,500.00 stove that is a garbage and useless!! Leon's store in Brampton. ****** ** **** **** **** * ***** ******* **** *** ** ****** *** ****. I went in to buy a refrigerator on a day before Black Friday. Entire experience was a horrible and * ******** customer service. Issues with Leon's sale:- 1) They made me sign a delivery declaration stating that I am releasing them and their delivery guys of all liabilities in case something goes wrong or damages happen while delivery and the document is vague ***** *** ** *********** ** ********** ********. ****** *** *** ******** ******* ** **** ********* 2) I paid extra for hauling away old fridge. They did't mention anything about dismantling the old item. *** ******* ****** **** ** ******** ********** ****** ***** ***** ** **** ***** ****** you are ok to hire appliance technician to dismantle old item. Their website also does not mention about the dismantling ****. Their delivery guy came in measured the door, the fridge and advised cannot haul away old fridge as doors are not removed. They took the new one back to store. 3) No one is ready to take responsibility of the loss to the client. I spoke to their delivery manager "ABHI" who simply said you can get a refund and delivery guys cannot haul away as doors are not removed. When I asked why it was not mentioned to me by sales rep at the time of sale or on their website. They said it is there in their site and they expect customers to have some dismantling skills of items. Seriously, expecting clients to dismantle electrical appliances. Horrible Customer Service and Damaged Product - Never Again! I will never purchase from Leon’s again after this experience. I bought a dining room table and chairs, and I was assured that if anything was damaged during shipping, it would be covered by the store's liability. However, what I received was a floor model with significant damage. The base of the table was bent so badly that I couldn’t even assemble the glass top. This was supposed to be a floor model in good condition, but instead, I received a defective piece that was damaged during delivery. Despite this, I was told I would have to pay more to replace the damaged base! This is beyond frustrating. At no point was I told I would be charged extra for a replacement, especially since the damage occurred during delivery. I’ve already accepted a discount for buying a floor model, and now you expect me to pay more for a product that wasn’t delivered in the condition promised? If you're thinking of buying from Leon’s, be cautious. If something goes wrong, don’t expect them to take responsibility. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I will not be coming back.Review from Curtis D

I bought a power reclining sofa and love seat. The delivery people set up the love seat and said do not plug it in because there’s a piece missing and if you recline it will get damaged. I also reclined in the sofa and lost power when it was fully extended. I called Leon’s *** *** *** **** **** *** ************* *******. A manager I was talking to said that a plug in the back of the sofa was probably tied to tight and became unplugged, a comment was made then that quote” I should already know this stuff”. * ** ******* ** **** * ****** ********* ******* Leon’s Furniture concerning an extensive delay and issues with the delivery of a bedroom set I purchased in January 2024. While I eventually received the final item (a dresser) in August, the process has been extremely frustrating and inconvenient for the following reasons: Multiple Missed Deliveries: On multiple occasions, I had to stay home to wait for scheduled deliveries, only for them to never arrive as expected. This resulted in lost personal time and disrupted my daily responsibilities. Damaged Items and Reassembly: One of the items received was damaged, which forced me to spend considerable time assembling and disassembling the bed due to these issues. Customer Service Issues: I communicated with Leon’s customer service on several occasions throughout this period, but the support provided was often slow and ineffective. This prolonged the resolution of the issue. Incomplete Bedroom Set for 8 Months: After enduring months of back-and-forth communications, I finally received the full set in August 2024, but the extended delay was unacceptable. I am requesting that Leon’s Furniture provide compensation in the form of a discount or refund to reflect the significant inconvenience, delays, and the effort I’ve had to put into assembling, disassembling, and waiting for deliveries. We purchased a standup freezer September 18, 2024. The freezer did not work. We contacted the store several times and were told a service person will come to our home to look at it. This is now 21 October. Nobody has been here yet. We have lost all of our winter meat that we had ordered and they don’t care. ** ******* took it back to the store and asked for another one, or a refund. He suggested they have their service person repair the broken one and give us a working freezer. The store manger refused and **** ** ******* that if he left the freezer at their location, ********* ****** St. John’s Newfoundland they will send it to the dump. Ordered a sofa. Took 2 months. Ordered a dinette set July 20/2024 and it is now Thanksgiving weekend and it is still not here. They won’t offer any other options. They said it will be delivered today but it was not even in stock as of 5 pm last night. This is rediculous . My family and guests are going to eat off tv tables this weekend. * **** **** ******* I went to the store to see what we could do and I was sent away **** **** ****. I ordered 3 kitchen appliances online July 30th, I was told they would be delivered in 2-4 weeks. After 5 weeks I was told the fridge was discontinued so I went to the store to pick out a new fridge and dishwasher that was in stock. At that time, I was told my double oven would arrive in 2 weeks. It is now over 3 weeks since then and I have no idea where it is or when it will arrive. I've never seen such a lack of service ** ** ** ****** All I get are excuses, it's the manufacturer, the purchaser is on vacation. It's coming next week, out of 6 inquiries on the status of my order I've been called back once. The manager blamed the salesperson, it goes on and on. Now it's 2 months later and I'm still waiting. I purchased a washer on Aug, 26, 2024. On Sept. 3, 2024 the exact washer went on sale for $100.00 less. I went to the store to get a credit and was told they would call me. On Sept 10 I called the store to see why I never heard from them. Again was told they would call me. The customer service level behind the desk is horrible. It has made me decide I will never buy anything from Leon’s again. Also I still haven’t received my washerReview from Maria C

Recently “purchased” a fridge and stove set with a full money exchange, inspection, and contract signed (with manager present) on floor model items in *******, B.C. When we arrived to pick up the items, we were told we owed more money as the fridge panels were no longer included in the agreed and already paid for purchase price. Very disappointed in the way this business works with customers. The only resolution to this problem offered was a refund for our items. We will never return and want to warn customers about poor sales standards within this store.
