    I had a terrible experience with Nee age products when ordering their garage cabinets. When I placed my order, there was no indication that the product was on back order. Only after making the purchase did I find out about the delay, and now, almost a month later, the cabinets still haven’t shipped. I’ve repeatedly asked for a refund, but customer service has been unresponsive to that request, instead insisting they’ll ship the product “when it becomes available.” This lack of transparency and unwillingness to resolve the issue has been incredibly frustrating. If you’re looking for garage cabinets, * ******** ****** ******* ordering from this company unless you’re okay with waiting indefinitely and dealing with unhelpful customer service. **** ****** ** ****** *** ******** ***** ******* ***** **** ********** ** **** ***** ********* **** ******** **********

    They have the idea of saying lifetime (limited) but they are actually only 1 year to 3 years on parts. and finish. ** **** ****** **** ********* **********

    * **** **** * *** ******* ** ****** ********. My cabinets arrived but the driver refused to go up my driveway. They cancelled the order and said their carrier will not be able to deliver it.     * *** ******* *** ** *** *** **** ******* ****** ** ***** ****** ********** Their customer service is terrible. After waiting over a month for delivery of my products I received a delivery date that required me to stay home from work during a 4 hour window. No one ever showed up and no one can tell me where the product is now. When you try to reach NewAge you just get an offshore customer service center that can't provide any help. They always say they will check into it and get back to you but no one ever does. ** *** *** *** **** ***** ******** they don't even attempt to follow up on customer complaints.

    ***** ******. New Age does not honor their lifetime warranty. I spent over 5K on cabinets and they have failed with no help from New Age. Their excuse is that the cabinets are no longer being produced, thus the lifetime warranty is meaningless.

    Buying from NewAge is the single worst customer service experience of my life. They do not honor refunds, they will do everything they can to avoid replacing damaged items, and they will leave you stuck with those damaged goods to dispose of. **** *** **** ** ******** **** ****** ***** **** * ******

    They do not store or ship any hardware for the drawers. If the cheap plastic part holding the drawer to the cabinet breakers they will offer you a small partial credit for a new cabinet. I am flabbergasted that they think I am going to take off the whole top and reinstall a cabinet because they won’t support it.

    I ordered two 48" lockers and two 42" lockers in early June of 2021. The estimated delivery period was advertised to be 10 - 12 weeks. After many delays, I finally received an email in February of 2022 that my lockers had shipped - yes, 9 months later. I do appreciate that COVID impacted supply chains. The next correspondence that I received, was an e-mail indicating that the carrier returned the product to NewAge due to "non-service point". Upon calling NewAge on 03/16/2022 to inquire about a revised shipping date I was told that the lockers would be returned to inventory and that the 48" lockers were "out of stock" - no deliver date could be provided. I asked, could not the lockers which were allocated to me be shipped via an alternate carrier? No, not possible - was the response. I requested a refund and was told that it would be processed in 7 - 10 days. As of April 5th, I have yet to receive a refund. The reason provided by NewAge is that the refund could not be processed until the lockers which I ordered 10 months ago and never received have not yet been returned.
