    In no way is OLG testing or giving a percentage back consistently.     Olg gaming corp been holding on to my winnings for 8 weeks and counting. Due to extreme amount of withdraw verifications. I sent in my info I been waiting patiently, but I'm fed up with the delay they have all my info for deposit but I apparently on a list I won in late Feb. Been waiting since.     Got 3 Cash for Life tickets with the second chance on it. ** *** *** * *********** ********* ********* Very disappointed. I scratched the top part and nothing. ** *** ***** ****  But I still had the 2nd chance. Signed on and it says contest closed. I couldn't enter the contest. I called OLG to get 3 new tickets. And asked the store where we bought it from. They wouldn't do it. I said I'm buying an old ticket where I can't play the bottom part and it won't let me enter the number in the new 2nd chance. I also said I'm getting the bottom of the barrel for the top part and ******** *** ***** **** *** **** ** *** ** **** *** ***** *******  And they are still selling the old contest tickets. I think its not fair and not honest to do this. Id still like either my money back or tickets for the newest lottery that just starts. * ****** *** **** ****** ***** **** **** *******.     Wow.. OLG is really not as bad as this review site is making it out to seem.. negative reviews are posted by losing players.. rarely any winners come to post a good review, so read these complaints with a grain of salt. Personally I never won anything, but I know people who have won quite big and never had problems with anything..

    I purchased some lotto max tickets today at the booth in ******* welland it was $12.00 I gave her some toonies loonies and I was short a dollar so I gave her 10 dime Well she was holding her head showing me the roll she just got and told me she didn't need change! I was embarrassed in front of the customers behind me! I Saud well that's how I'm paying! She was acting like it was the end of the wired shaking her head! ************************ I think that was very unprofessional it was legal tender and business for her she doesn't deserve a cut if my ticket wins! *********************

    *************************************************************** ******* No bonus after $300 on 5 separate occasions. This has to be fixed . Other gaming sites pay as advertised at least once in a while . Bit in no way is olg online casino paying there payout %. They need to be investigated. ************************************************

    Was told I had to wait 2 weeks when I claimed my prize at the store. Mailed my ticket right away, and they said they could not take the extra step to pick it up at the post office. They finally picked it up, told me it would be 4 to 6 weeks to process. At 6 weeks they told me it would be 6 to 8 weeks to process. At the eighth week, they told me it would be 8 to 10 weeks to process it and they will expedite it at the 10th week. It is now almost 15 weeks, and they say they are backlogged and they cannot give me a date.

    I sent a winning proline ticket on February 23/2022 it was processed on February 28th/2022. It is now June 14th2022 and I am being told that it has been put in escalation mode as of the end of May 2022. Nothing yet with no answers. One of the head supervisors lied to me about their availability only to find out that she was available with the help of another phone operator. I have been waiting 16 weeks now. I have lost trust in their helping ways. Nothing gets done only to hear that someone will resolve my matter. *****.

    I won $1000 in oct/21. Its now may/22, never has olg contacted me. After I called in feb/ they said they were over worked and I can expect 6-8 weeks for cheque. Should I go to mpp ? Olg is so useless no sense going through customer service ****************************
