Numeric is so annoying. They call me several times a day. In fact I agreed to do a survey a little while ago and he said it would take a couple of minutes. When I realized that I had to do the survey online I declined. I don’t listen to the radio. The representative had the nerve to hang up on me while I was mid sentence. I wish they would stop calling me all the time.Review from Benjamin S

I signed up for what I thought was helping collect data on my three networks, and two carry devices. However, much of the upfront data collected for information had to be repeated 2 to 3 times for 20 minutes on the phone. I am a 35-year Trades IT professional and an instructor at a local college. Each of the LAN devices runs super hot, and you can just not run the LAN part. You had to remember to recharge the personal FM collector every day. There was no separation. The LAN collectors and recharging will be more than the 10$ a month given. It's too bad I had a bad experience, as my LAN and field of work would have been perfect for data. I steam all my content and run a ****** Server, where I host emails and websites for clients.Review from bob p

I did their radio survey for a week and thought I was doing a service for advertisers and radio. Numeris said they would send a gratuity for doing this. Because they said they would send a gratuity was not my motivating factor, but because they said they would and did not do so, ** ** ************** ** ***** The gratuity is nothing earth shattering, but because they said that and did not follow through is very troubling. I completed the tasks asked and sent in immediately yet got numerous phone calls after the fact asking if I sent in my report. Just one too many calls from this company.Review from Forrest T

Every year since 1944, Numeris has contacted Canadians to collect broadcast measurement information such as radio listening and TV viewing. By providing important audience and consumer behaviour information and intelligence, we enable Canadian broadcasters to deliver relevant, high-quality programming that meets the needs and wants of Canadians. Your household was randomly selected to participate and our telephone calling system attempted to reach you to provide information about what we do and to conduct a brief survey. Please accept our apology for the negative experience it has caused you. It is never our intention to cause this. As a market research firm, we are not part of the National Do Not Call List. Numeris however, maintains its own internal Do Not Call List for 36 months, although this is not a requirement made of us by law. After the three years have passed, your telephone number may begin to be included in future surveys. You can continue to opt out by contacting us closer to that time. Numeris Do Not Call contact information: • Via email ****@********** • Through our website **************** • Toll-free at ###-###-#### Again, we apologize for any inconvenience. I am so tired of phone calls from market research business, I have asked them to stop calling me many times over the past few years. This year, they are not listening and have repeatedly called me. When I picked up their phone call to tell them that I did not want to participate and to take my number off their list, they got angry and went **** * ******** **** to try to make me cooperate so I hung up. I am trying to work and do not wish to spend my time answering their repeated call.s They have called me every day so far this month, on weekends and early in the morning or any random time during the day. I am expecting calls so run to answer my phone and see it's them again. Please stop. * **** * ***** ** ***** ** ** **** *** *** ** ******** ** ******* *** ******* *** **** ** **** ********Numeris Response

Their constant calls are beyond annoying. I have had as many as 8 in a single day. I regret ever having agreed to help them. The last survey I completed, mere weeks ago allowed me to say I no longer wish to be contacted. Yet now I am getting call after call. I was very clear that I would no longer participate. I am considering changing my phone number in spite of the hassle it is.Numeris Response

I don't have problem with Numeris existing as a data collection company. What I do have problem is the level of **********. I receive calls morning, noon and night. I receive calls on Saturdays morning when our family sleeps in. I receive calls when I am on important business calls. I receive calls when I am talking to family. *** **********. I will never answer any of their surveys ever! My phone is a new refurbished **. Never worried about blocking anyone so then I had figure it out and Nurmeris then calls from different. Leave me alone!!!!Review from Ronald C
