    I ordered some dtrim pills from this co. I was not satisfied with the results. They automatically sent me 2 more bottles. I called them same day I got them, and they said I could return them for refund, I insured them making sure I could check tracking that they received them, they said they did. Send me a email to fill out for a refund, I did that they said it would take awhile. Waited no response. Called just got a run around asking same questions then they hung up on me. Here is my credit card charges. May 22 $175.78. May 26 $168.97. I called them they have several numbers. *** *** **** *** *** **** Please help me get my money back. Thanks ***** ******

    Ordered 30 day trial offer on Apr.26/22. Rec'd. order Apr.28/22. Started using product & developed an adverse reaction-stopped using product. Required RX to clear. When I rec'd. cr. card stmt, unauthorized charge of $133.49US-May 10 & $128.25US-May 14. Contacted cr. card.co. Followed their advice to stop any future orders & requested refund. DTrim "Support" responded with unobtainable requests to rec'd. refund & 15 days to respond to my request. Tried contacting them again after 15 days & was told refund was denied but could not tell me reason. Contacted my cr. card co. again & was told since I could not comply with rtning. unopened, in original pkging. they could not pursue the ********** charge totalling $350.32 Cdn. I still have the unused portion of the product which I will gladly produce to a third party for verification. TDTrim's actions to date are horrific. *** * ****** ** ***** ***** ****** * **** ** **** **** ****** *** *** ***** *** ******* ** ******** Thank you.

    Credit card charged on Apr 08, 2022 for $172.58 - No product was ordered or received. Credit card charged on Apr 11, 2022 for $165.91 - No product was ordered or received. Credit card charged on May 07, 2022 for $176.47 - No product was ordered or received. Credit card charged on May 11, 2022 for $171.41 - No product was ordered or received. Tried to deal with the support department many times but no answers were provided to us and the phone was hanged every time. Sent the request for refund but the refund was denied without giving any explanation.

    On May 16 I ordered a bottle of DTrim Advanced Support. During checkout process, 2 other products were offered - African Mango and Essential G, both were declined. My order was processed for $4.95US and then I discovered 2 other charges were put through: $4.95US & $29.99US. (Order #******** and #********) These were for the items I declined. I contacted the company immediately and was told that the order had already gone to the warehouse and they couldn't stop it but sent me an email to request a refund for the items I did not order. I sent these requests in and got them to cancel the autoship. Today, June 2/22, I called to find out status on my refund and was told that the refund was declined and when I asked to speak to the Refund Dept I was told I couldn't. Both reps kept telling me to refer to terms and conditions and when I said that I never ordered the items, they both hung up on me. I received 2 phone calls saying the call had been disconnected and had to go through whole situation again They said there is no number to Refund Dept to discuss. I should never have been charged and am beyond frustrated with the level of customer service. All I wanted was $4.95US and $29.99US be refunded for products that I didn't order.
