May 5/23, contacted Canadian Hospital Specialties to order dental mouth wash ;***** ****, 1, 4liter jug. Person said they could ship this to me, I asked they send me the invoice marked "paid," because I had given them my **** card number, and the shipping information, she assured me this sent by email that day. May 8/23, contacted them again because I didn't get any information and they were suppose to, the lady asked for my invoice number and account number, I asked how would I have that when your co-worker never sent it to me. May 9/23, phoned again, and a Andi, short form for Andrea, was to phone me back that afternoon, but didn't. May 10/23, talked to Shayan Parmar, said he was in a meeting and he could phone me at 2:30 that day, but that didn't suit me. May 12/23, Shayan Parmar phoned and said they could sell to me directly. (They usually shipped their supplies to doctors, etc. directly). I would have to take 4, 4liter jugs, I asked him the price and he stuttered came back, asked for price of 4, 500ml. containers, again, he stuttered, finally came back with a price, ***** * ****** **** ***** ****** ***** * ******* **** ******* * ******** ********  May 17/23, received an email from Glister, saying she had forwarded my request to their Sales Representative, Shayan Pamar, he will get back to me as soon as he can. May 25/23, received an email from Victoria Cullen, Customer Service, asking me what was the CHS order number that they had given me upon order confirmation. I replied to her that she or anyone else from her company did not give me an Order Confirmation! And, I do not want any of your products, and I do not want any more emails from your company! I have checked my **** account and there has never been a charge from this company. Thank goodness!!!!!!! I want to thank you for assisting me in this matter. ******* ***
