after a horrible experience with a west end appliance repair (Washer repair) (quote was over $500), i hired this company instead. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the work, the professionalism and the fair price. The repair man was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend. Fair pricing (1/2 what the first one quoted), and honest.

I was very pleased with the responsiveness of Fair Appliance Repair. They offered me an appointment on the same day I contacted them through their website. Unfortunately, due to prior engagement, I couldn't accept their offer. However, I was able to book something 3 days later. Their technician was on time, friendly and professional,. After the diagnostic, he was able to find necessary replacement part and came back the same afternoon to proceed with the repair. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, thank you very much for the timely and excellent service provided!Fair Appliance Repair Ottawa Inc. Response
