- On Feb. 19, 2015, the Superintendent of the Private Career Colleges, of the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities, issued a notice to Everest College. This notice concerned the immediate suspension of Everest's registration as a private career college under the Private Career Colleges Act; and a notice of proposal to revoke this registration.
The Superintendent is authorized to take this action for the immediate protection of the college's current or future students; and if it is suspected that the college is not financially responsible in its operation as a private career college. Students should contact the Ministry.
