    After waiting 10 years to get my Dentures. I could not afford them until I turned 65. I went the the first visit and got the estimate of $840.00 when the government told me it was free! I didn't argue I need the work done. I agreed. I came for my first appointment early, as they asked me to. I have serious hip problems when sitting in a normal chair or even walking too much. After waiting 1/2 an hour in the waiting room I went and asked why i was told to come early? They apologized and said she was helping another patient. After an hour I could not wait anymore I was in serious pain. Had I been in the dental chair, which I should have been at this time, the pain would not bother me with my legs up. So I told them I had to leave and they apologized. The Denturist ******* called me two hours later. I told her I was upset would she be able to keep my appointments if we continued. She said we do not guarantee appointments and you should go somewhere else!!! She told me not to come back! So I emailed her boos to see what he said. He is wirse then her and called me names and told me not to come back. I was upset of course and he said he could see why she didn't want me to come back?? I never spent more then 20 minutes with this girl in person and that was the first visit where she got the go ahead! Why did she tell me not to come back at that time? The Owner Name is Anacolij Koniouchine and is from *******. He has two shops and with the crappy work they do I think they should be inestigated. He closed down his last business Brittany Dental because he couldn't keep clients. Now I understand why! **** excuse for being an hour late was she had a patience that didn't speak english and her inerpretor? This is why she missed my appoinment to have work done. To talk to another patient!!!

    Good morning, I have attached all the screenshots that patient post online ( “X”). I had never seen the patient myself, but I did speak to him over the phone. He waited over half an hour on that day, and it is because the patient ahead of him required everything to be translated which prolonged their appointment significantly. We apologized to the patient but due to patients’ hostility, his comments regarding how we should treat him better than patients of other nationalities we told him that it would be better to start fresh somewhere else. Thank you

    I'm sorry, did he say my Hostility? When was I ever hostile with you're staff? Could you please get your staff to confirm to whom I was hostile at any point with any of your staff? The only one that became hostile, rude and unprofessional was when you called me on the phone to discuss (10 DAYS LATER BECAUSE OF A COMPLAINT) I remember when I answered the phone and you said who you were you then said, what's your side of the story? You called me remember, you called me after I sent you an email completely explaining exactly what happened. So after that was established you said so how can I help you? I began to think the Janitor had called me? Extremely unprofessional and extremely rude. He never even offered an apology. He said it was only half and hour, which is a lie! He also outright lied when he told me his front desk girl did go check on progress?? She never moved and you were not there? And if she did go you think she would have told me and saved a lot of this hassle. Then he says I can understand why she doesn't want you to come back??? It was MY FIRST WORK APPOINTMENT!! I MET THE GIRL FOR 15 MINUTES AT ANOTHER VISIT FOR AN ESTIMATE!! and we got along fine. She dosent want me to come back because she is immature and embarrassed! Like I said totally unprofessional. He has other complaints against him under the name Brittany Dental. He used to own. He lies! He uses a woman with an interpreter as an excuse for being an hour late for my appointment. I guess you or your other patient should have known better and booked more time. Not my problem! And he says 1/2 hour, like that is ok? You can see how professional he is!
