I am so happy to have found *** and his team at Select Urban for our ensuite renovation. From the first phone call, *** was quick to respond to my many questions, requests, texts and emails. He made himself available shortly after for a site visit where he spent a significant amount of time coming up with ideas for different layouts, letting me know about new materials and products that could be incorporated into the plan and providing me with different options at varying price points so that we could prioritize what we wanted - this was all before we even signed any sort of contract with him. When we decided to sign on with Select Urban, the quote was extremely detailed so that we could clearly see where we could splurge and save. The quote was also reasonable. Other quotes came in quite a bit higher and we were told that wed likely have to make concessions on features that were important to us - this was not the case with Select Urban. We got everything we wanted down to the fine details and more.Once work started, his team was quick to make progress and the workmanship was excellent. Vas was on site each day and was also always available by phone or text. We were kept informed of what would be happening when so that there were no surprises. We appreciated that he used only certified trades and that the work area was always kept clean and tidied every evening. They were extremely flexible in accommodating all of my sometimes last minute requests for custom details or for work beyond what the quote originally covered.We have no reservations in recommending Select Urban - all contractors should aspire to their level of customer service. Overall, we had a very good experience and look forward to our next renovation with Select Urban!

I am writing a review about my experience working with Vas and his team for a recently completed kitchen and bathroom renovation. The only accurate word to describe the experience is .. "Fantastic". From the original meeting and budgeting/design to selection of finishes to incorporating changes, everything went seamlessly. I was continuously impressed with *** and his team's knowledge, workmanship, and attention to detail. Vas was on site every day, easily reachable any time, answered all my questions and helped with the decisions along the way. The crew were there every day from 8AM to 5PM, kept the worksite clean and tidied up at the end of the day - all important things for a homeowner living/working there. There were no delays waiting for any of the sub-trades to be on site and the project finished on time as per the original contract. With respect to cost, there were no surprises or hidden costs, and any changes were fully discussed and agreed to. I think the thing I appreciated the most is that I felt Vas was as invested in the project as I was and really wanted it to look good and function well and for me to be happy with the result. And I am! Thanks again Vas for making my old 1988 kitchen/bathroom into beautiful rooms that I will use and appreciate for years to come and, just as important, increasing the resale value of my home.

We hired Select Urban General Contractors for a long list of upgrades for our home including a mudroom in the garage, redoing the front entrance, laundry in the upstairs bedroom, new windows and doors and repainting the house. We are completely satisfied with the work Select Urban General Contractors and his subcontractors performed an have received many compliments about the work from friend and relatives. One thing I really liked was their presence here every day from start to finish so all of these changes were completed in just over two months. I highly recommend *** and his team and will definitely contract with them again for any future work.
