    I ordered some enzymes from this company a month went by and we never got the enzymes they were going to ***********. Three times they got the address wrong I called them to get my money back and they are giving me a hard time so I couldn't get my money back these people are a bunch of crooks do not buy from them they are horrible with their customer service and they treat their customers like pure c*** trying to play stupid like you never even bought the product I used to be their customers but never again they lost me with this one. And no I would not remove any of the reviews or anything that I put up on them these people really freaking **** they should close down their business losing people's customers and stealing from customers it is horrible disgusting customer service

    Fullscript is the only place Ill order my supplements from! Ive been using them for years and they consistently have everything I need & ship so quickly. Its nice to have a one stop shop for everything - highly recommend.

    Fullscript canceled my account because someone else use to use my address where I pay rent from a previous account they claim. They are not a friendly business and they dont appreciate your business.

    Fullscript couldnt care less about the business you bring them. Ive bought over 250k worth of products for my practice and now after two years, they start harassing me because one of there brand partners complained to them. Fullscript contacts me asking for information which I provided. Days later no response. Account is still on hold. As I said before, they couldnt care less about the business you bring them or the needs of your practice.

    Your brand partners are engaging in possibly illegal distribution of their products by having a double standard on how it is sold. They claim selling on the internet is against their policy however Ive caught multiple brand partners selling directly on Amazon, especially the strict ones. This is unacceptable. On top of that, my account is still suspended. Ive answered your questions.. Now answer mine and restore my account immediately and allow me to take advantage of ******* missed out on as a result of this unreasonable delay.

    What do you need to speak with me about? I answered your questions and you still havent lifted any holds on my account as mentioned in your original email. Apparently you cant keep your word. I mentioned in a previous email that my time is limited and usually Im unavailable during your business hours. I will attempt to call you when I have time. There isnt much more to discuss. Everything on the account is accurate. The realization is I caught your brand partners violating their own terms as well as forcing yous to shut down accounts they suspect even though they violate their own agreements. Im aware you prefer to discuss this over the phone to avoid stating anything in writing that *** have legal consequences. I will try to call you this week. Regardless at this point, if I choose to continue purchasing from you it will be very limited compared to the past.

    Ive responded to your emails. As mentioned previously, my available hours during the week are very limited. I will try to call this week but it shouldnt be required being that I answered your questions and concerns. Your original email stated the account will remain on hold until I answer your questions, which I have. Im not sure what else you want to discuss? and why is the account on hold still even though I answered your questions. Very contradictory in my opinion. I havent set up any new accounts with you. If your throwing another practitioner under the bus based on assumptions and paranoia, it shows how lousy you treat your customers especially new ones. Not sure how this is linked to me? Not true at all. I pay rent in an area where a lot of health professionals work. If someone is nearby, you shouldnt assume its connected with anyone without valid proof.
