Dealing with the staff at Zs Heating and Cooling regarding my heat pump installation and the application process has been a pleasure. They have been 100% helpful and have guided me through what would have been a complicated process. With there knowledge and experience, they have made it simple and smooth. Zs ******************************************* were very quick and responsive (even answering my questions in an email late on a weekend evening), knew their stuff, seemed very competent, were reliable, and I have no complaints with their service. **** and ***** booked an appointment and presented my wife and me with an eye-opening overview of our eligibility for government grants for us to upgrade our home heating and cooling systems. We were very impressed with the presentation and quickly initiated the process. There were quite a few steps to this, but we were fully supported by **** and ***** through the process. And if we had questions and concerns, a phone call to either of them was either answered immediately, or there was an immediate callback if the line was busy. Our quality of life has been much improved by the upgrades to our home (two new heat pumps) and I would encourage anyone who finds themselves with an opportunity to work with **** and ***** to hear them out, ask responsible questions, and move ******** an additional spinoff, I have already swapped out our oil-fired hot water heater for an electric one, and the wood-burning stove will shortly be taken out, both of which will lead to a reduction in home insurance as well as make us feel as if we have taken steps to improve our support of helping us to do a better job of being environmentally responsible.Review from Dalton F

First Class sales experience! **** and **** were very knowledgeable about heat pumps, the smart thermostat and connection to existing furnace.
