For Deluxe Rooms: Flexible Rates can be canceled up to 2 weeks prior to arrival by 6PM. At 2 weeks prior to arrival, card on file will be charged for the amount of the room, the room will become non-refundable and cannot be canceled. The credit card on file must be presented upon check-in.
Prepaid/Non-Refundable rates for all rooms are prepaid, non-refundable, cannot be canceled, and charged upon receipt. The card that is being used in this manner must be presented upon check-in.
